Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the animated feature Hoppers directed by Daniel Chong and starring Piper Curda, Bobby Moynihan, Jon Hamm, Dave Franco, Meryl Streep, Kathy Najimy, Vanessa Bayer and Eduardo Franco. The film’s original music is composed by Mark Mothersbaugh (Thor: Ragnarok, The Royal Tenenbaums, A Minecraft Movie, The LEGO Movie, C21/22 Jump Street, loudy with a Chance of Meatballs, The Croods: A New Age). Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score, as well as an original song by SZA today. Also opening wide is the gothic romance The Bride! written and directed by Maggie Gyllenhaal and starring Jessie Buckley, Christian Bale, Annette Bening, Peter Sarsgaard, Jake Gyllenhaal and Penélope Cruz. Hildur Guðnadóttir (Joker, Chernobyl, Women Talking, 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple, A Haunting in Venice, Hedda, Tar, Sicario: Day of the Soldado) has composed the film’s original score. WaterTower Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s music, as well as songs by Fever Ray and the movie’ cast today. Noah Cyrus’ Original Song ‘Light Over the Hill’ from ‘Reminders of Him’ Released

Back Lot Music has released the original song Light Over the Hill from the romantic drama Reminders of Him. The track co-written (with Justin Franks & PJ Harding) and performed by Noah Cyrus is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to the song after the jump. A full soundtrack album featuring Tom Howe’s original score from the film will be released next Friday, March 13. Adam Taylor (Before I Fall, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Riff Raff, The Right Stuff, Meadowland, Black Cake) is returning to score the upcoming Hulu original series The Testaments. The Handmaid’s Tale sequel is created by Bruce Miller (Eureka) based on Margaret Atwood’s novel of the same name name and stars Ann Dowd, Chase Infiniti, Lucy Halliday, Amy Seimetz, Mabel Li, Brad Alexander, Rowan Blanchard, Zarrin Darnell-Martin, Mattea Conforti, Eva Foote, Shechinah Mpumlwana, Isolde Ardies, Birva Pandya and Kira Guloien. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Tom Howe (Ted Lasso, Shrinking, Dog Man, Daisy Jones & the Six, A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon,  Knuckles, Early Man, Reminders of Him, Parenthood). Netflix Music has released the second track from the soundtrack for the second season of the streamer’s original series One Piece. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music platforms is Whisky Peak Saloon written by the show’s composers Sonya Belousova & Giona Ostinelli and featuring baritone saxophonist Leo P. Haim Mazar (The Iceman, Sneakerheads, The Taking of Deborah Logan, Woke, Desperation Road, Self Help, I Am Wrath) has been hired to score the upcoming comedy sequel Scary Movie. The sixth installment in the horror parody franchise is directed by Michael Tiddes (A Haunted House, Fifty Shades of Black) and stars Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans, Anna Faris, Regina Hall, Damon Wayans Jr., Gregg Wayans, Kim Wayans, Cameron Scott Roberts, Benny Zielke, Cheri Oteri, Chris Elliott, Heidi Gardner, Dave Sheridan, Lochlyn Munro, Ruby Snowber, Olivia Rose Keegan, Savannah Lee Nassif and Sydney Park. The movie takes place 26 years after the events of the original 2000 film (scored by David Kitay) and follows the Core Four as they find themselves back in the killer’s crosshairs.
