Two new movies are opening this weekend:
Already playing in select theaters since this past Wednesday and opening nationwide today is the sci-fi drama Interstellar directed by Christopher Nolan and starring Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain and Michael Caine. The film’s original music is composed by Hans Zimmer (Inception, The Dark Knight, The Lion King, Gladiator). WaterTower Music will release a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s music in two different editions on November 18. Check out our previous news article for the full album details. Also opening wide is Walt Disney Animation Studios’ feature Big Hero 6 directed by Don Hall & Chris Williams and featuring the voices of Ryan Potter, Scott Adsit, T.J. Miller, Jaime Chung, Damon Wayans, Jr., Genesis Rodriguez, James Cromwell, Maya Rudolph Daniel Henney and Alan Tudyk. Henry Jackman (Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Wreck-It-Ralph, X-Men: First Class) has composed the film’s original music.
