Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the slasher movie I Know What You Did Last Summer directed by Jennifer Kaytin Robinson and starring Madelyn Cline, Chase Sui Wonders, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Jonah Hauer-King, Tyriq Withers, Billy Campbell, Austin Nichols, Sarah Pidgeon, Lola Tung, Nicholas Alexander Chavez, Gabbriette Bechtel and Freddie Prinze Jr. The album film’s original music is composed by Chanda Dancy (Blink Twice, Devotion, One of Them Days, Lawmen: Bass Reeves, I Wanna Dance with Somebody). Also opening nationwide is the western Eddington written and directed by Ari Aster and starring Joaquin Phoenix, Pedro Pascal, Emma Stone, Austin Butler, Luke Grimes, Clifton Collins Jr., Micheal Ward, Deirdre O’Connell, Amélie Hoeferle and William Belleau. Daniel Pemberton (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Enola Holmes, Steve Jobs, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Birds of Prey) & Bobby Krlic (Midsommar, Blue Beetle, Him, Beef, Beau Is Afraid, Returnal) have composed the film’s original music. A24 Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score today.
