The soundtrack will be released digitally and physically on October 13, 2017 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Geostorm is directed by Dean Devlin and stars Gerard Butler, Jim Sturgess, Abbie Cornish, Daniel Wu, Ed Harris and Andy Garcia. A soundtrack album has been released for the documentary Uncertain. The album features the film’s original music composed by Daniel Hart (Pete’s Dragon, Ain’t Them Bodies Saints, A Ghost Story, The Exorcist, Tumbledown). Uncertain is directed by Ewan McNicol & Anna Sandilands and centers on the Texas-Louisiana border town of Uncertain, whose residents – all 94 of them – are struggling to save their lake, and livelihood, while three men battle their own demons in search of forgiveness and redemption. Three new movies are opening nationwide this weekend:
Opening in most theaters is the sci-fi thriller Blade Runner 2049 directed by Denis Villeneuve and starring Ryan Gosling, Harrison Ford, Ana de Armas, Sylvia Hoeks, Robin Wright, Mackenzie Davis, Carla Juri, Lennie James, Dave Bautista and Jared Leto. The film’s original music is composed by Hans Zimmer (Inception, The Dark Knight) and Benjamin Wallfisch (It, Hidden Figures). Epic and ASG Records have released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score, as well as songs by Lauren Daigle, Frank Sinatra and Elvis Presley. Also opening wide is the drama The Mountain Between Us directed by Hany Abu-Assad and starring Kate Winslet, Idris Elba, Beau Bridges and Dermot Mulroney. Ramin Djawadi (Game of Thrones, Westworld, Iron Man, Pacific Rim) has composed the film’s original music. Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. WaterTower Music will release the official soundtrack album for the comic book movie Justice League. The album features the film’s original music composed by Danny Elfman (Spider-Man, Alice in Wonderland, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Men in Black) who reportedly is using his theme from Tim Burton’s Batman, as well as John Williams’ Superman theme in his score. Dhani Harrison and Paul Hicks are composing the original score for the new Showtime original series White Famous. The show is created by Tom Kapinos (Californication, Lucifer) and stars Jay Pharoa, Utkarsh Ambudkar, Jacob Ming-Trent, Lonnie Chavis and Meagan Good. The comedy is based on the life of actor Jamie Foxx and follows a young African-American comedian whose star is on the rise and must navigate to maintain his credibility while attempting to become “white famous.” Kapinos is also executive producing the project with Foxx and Tim Story (Fantastic Four, Ride Along, Think Like a Man) who also directed the pilot episode. ‘The West Wing’ Soundtrack Album Released

Varese Sarabande has announced the full details of the first official soundtrack album for the NBC hit drama The West Wing. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by W.G. Snuffy Walden (Friday Night Lights, Under the Dome, Nashville) who received an Emmy Award for his main titles theme from the series. The limited edition 2-CD soundtrack is now available to order on the label’s official website. A digital version will be released by WaterTower Music. The West Wing created by Aaron Sorkin and starring Rob Lowe, Moira Kelly, Dulé Hill, Allison Janney, Richard Schiff, John Spencer, Bradley Whitford, Martin Sheen, Janel Moloney and Stockard Channing aired between 1999 and 2006 on NBC. The album features more music from the show’s second season composed by Mac Quayle (American Horror Story, Feud: Bette and Joan, American Crime Story, Scream Queens) who received his first Emmy Award for his work on the drama’s first season.
