Amazon Content Services has released a soundtrack album for the Latin American Prime Video original series Cathedrals (Catedrales). The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Hernán Segret (Maledictions, Club Hooligans, Cromañon, Nothing Between Us, The Broken Land). Also included is the original song Volverán las Oscuras Golondrinas written by Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer, produced by Segret and performed by Sandra Mihanovich. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon (and most other major digital music services), where you can also check out the track list. Cathedrals is developed by Silvina Fredjkes & Alejandro Quesada based on the novel of the same title by Claudia Piñeiro and stars Alfredo Castro, Ignacia Baeza, Amparo Noguera, Marcelo Alonso, Vivianne Dietz, Octavia Bernasconi and Paulina García. The drama revolves around a 17-year-old girl who is found burned and dismembered in an empty lot in a middle-class neighborhood of Santiago, Chile and follows the teenager’s family who manage to piece together the murder puzzle thirty years later, revealing a forbidden relationship and a cruel truth. The series will premiere this Wednesday, September 16 exclusively on Prime Video.
