Mychael Danna (Life of Pi, Moneyball, Capote, The Good Dinosaur) has been hired to score the upcoming drama After the Wedding. The film is written and directed by Bart Freundlich (Trust the Man, The Rebound) and stars Julianne Moore, Michelle Williams, Billy Crudup and Abby Quinn. The movie is based on the Academy Award-nominated 2006 feature by Susanne Bier and centers on a woman – seeking funds for her orphanage in India – who travels to New York to meet a wealthy benefactor. Intrada Records has announced the world premiere soundtrack release for the 1975 horror mystery drama The Reincarnation of Peter Proud directed by J. Lee Thompson and starring Michael Sarrazin, Jennifer O’Neill, Margot Kidder and Cornelia Sharpe. The album features the film’s original music composed and conducted by Jerry Goldsmith (Star Trek: The Motion Picture, The Omen, Patton, Planet of the Apes, L.A. Confidential, Chinatown). Kris Bowers (Green Book, Dear White People, Of Monsters and Men) has been tapped to score the upcoming Showtime original series Black Monday. The show is created by David Caspe (Happy Endings, That’s My Boy) & Jordan Cahan (My Best Friend’s Girl) and stars Don Cheadle, Andrew Rannells, Regina Hall, Paul Scheer, Yassir Lester, Michael James Scott and Eugene Cordero. The drama tells the story of how a group of outsiders took on the blue-blood, old-boys club of Wall Street and ended up crashing the world’s largest financial system, a Lamborghini limousine and the glass ceiling. Lucas Vidal is composing the music for the upcoming fantasy drama Paradise Hills. The film is directed by Alice Waddington and stars Emma Roberts, Danielle Macdonald, Awkwafina, Eiza González, Milla Jovovich and Jeremy Irvine. The movie follows a young woman who is sent to Paradise Hills to be reformed, only to learn that the high-class facility’s beautiful facade hides a sinister secret. Nacho Vigalondo (Colossal, Timecrimes) and Brian DeLeeuw (Some Kind of Hate, Curvature) wrote the screenplay. Adrian Guerra (Buried, Grand Piano) and Núria Valls are producing the project. ‘Never Heard’ Soundtrack Released

Raise Em Up Records Records has released a soundtrack album for the faith-based drama Never Heard. The album features songs from and inspired by the film, including the title song performed by Taylor McCants, as well as tracks by artist such as Panterra, Uri Grey, David Banner, Wass Morgan, James Fortune, Jekalyn Carr, Jerome Wiggins, Ania John & others. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Never Heard is directed by Josh Webber and stars Aaron Banner, Robin Givens and Romeo Miller.. The movie centers on a man accused of murder and incarcerated for a crime he swears he did not commit. Jeff Beal (House of Cards, Monk, Appaloosa, Rome, Carnivale, Ugly Betty) is scoring the upcoming documentary Mike Wallace Is Here. The film is directed by Avi Belkin and centers on 60 Minutes newsman Mike Wallace who went head-to-head with the world’s most influential figures for half a century. The movie tracks Wallace’s storied career and troubled personal life while unpacking how broadcast journalism evolved to today’s precarious tipping point. Premiering tonight is the Syfy original series Nightflyers developed by Jeff Buhler based on George R.R. Martin’s novella and the 1987 film of the same name and starring Eoin Macken, David Ajala, Sam Strike, Maya Eshet, Angus Sampson, Jodie Turner-Smith, Brian F. O’Byrne and Gretchen Mol. The show’s original music is composed by Will Bates (The Path, The Looming TowerI OriginsThe Magicians). Also premiering tonight is Freeform original feature Life-Size 2 directed by Steven K. Tsuchida and starring Tyra Banks, Francia Raisa, Gavin Stenhouse, Shanica Knowles, Hank Chen and Alison Fernandez. Germaine Franco (TagDopeVida) has composed the film’s original score. Walt Disney Records has released a new version of the song Be a Star (originally written for the first movie, which premiered in 2000) performed by Tyra Banks. Decca Records has released organist Peter Hurford’s interpretation of J.S. Bach’s Fantasia In C Minor, BWV 562 from Yorgos Lanthimos’ historical comedy drama The Favourite. The track is now available to download as a digital single on Amazon. The single marks the first and to date only official release of music from the film. The Favourite starring Olivia Colman, Emma Stone, Rachel Weisz, Nicholas Hoult, Joe Alwyn, James Smith, Mark Gatiss and Jenny Rainsford centers on the bitter battle between cousins to be the court favorite during the reign of Queen Anne in the early 18th century. Republic Records has released the songs This Old Heart Of Mine (Is Weak For You) and Hold On I’m Coming from the soundtrack for Drew Goddard’s mystery thriller Bad Times at the El Royale. Both tracks are performed by Cynthia Erivo who performed the songs on screen in the movie. Her cover of The Isley Brothers’ This Old Heart Of Mine is available to download here and the cover of Sam & Dave’s Hold On I’m Coming can be downloaded on Amazon. Both songs were missing from the original soundtrack album for the thriller, which also stars Jeff Bridges, Dakota Johnson, Jon Hamm, Lewis Pullman, Cailee Spaeny, Nick Offerman and Chris Hemsworth.
