Singer/songwriter Norah Jones has made her scoring debut on the romantic drama Happy Hours. The film is written and directed by actress Katie Holmes (who previously helmed the features All We Had, Alone Together & Rare Objects) and stars Holmes herself, Joshua Jackson, Mary-Louise Parker, Joe Tippett, Constance Wu, Jack Martin, John McGinty, Johnna Dias-Watson, Donald Webber Jr. and Chloƫ Kerwin. The movie revolves around two former lovers who are reunited years after their relationship ended without closure. Celine Rattray (The Kids Are Alright, Bernie), Trudie Styler (Moon, The Burial), Peter Coleman and Paula P. Manzanedo (Food & Country) are producing the project. Happy Hours just premiered at the 2026 Tribeca Film Festival and is currently awaiting a distribution deal.
