Robert Miller has composed the music for the upcoming Netflix original movie You Get Me. The film is directed by Brent Bonacorso and stars Halston Sage, Bella Thorne, Jennifer Esposito, Nash Grier, Anna Akana and Taylor John Smith. The thriller follows a high schooler who gets in an argument with his girlfriend and lands in the arms of an out-of-towner girl. Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the action comedy Once Upon a Time in Venice. The details of the soundtrack album for the romantic thriller 2:22. Lakeshore Records will release a new soundtrack album for the FX original series Legion. The album features more original music from the show’s first season composed by Jeff Russo (Fargo, The Night Of, Power). Also included are the special Legion “Fauxlero” version of Maurice Ravel’s Bolero and Dan Stevens performing The Muppets’ classic The Rainbow Connection on banjo. The Volume 2 soundtrack will be released digitally on June 9, 2017 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The label has previously released a soundtrack album for the show back in February when the series premiered. Thomas Newman has been tapped to score the upcoming period drama Victoria and Abdul. The film is directed by Stephen Frears (Philomena, The Queen, Dangerous Liaisons) and stars Judi Dench, Ali Fazal, Eddie Izzard, Adeel Akthar and Michael Gambon. The movie centers on Queen Victoria’s unlikely friendship with Abdul Karim, a young clerk, who travels from India to participate in the Queen’s Golden Jubilee. Lee Hall (Billy Elliot) wrote the screenplay based on the book by Shrabani Basu. David Newman is scoring the upcoming Netflix original movie Naked. The comedy is directed by Michael Tiddes (A Haunted House, Fifty Shades of Black) and stars Marlon Waynes, Regina Hall, Jonathan Todd Jackson, Scott Fole, Loretta Devine, Brian McKnight and Dennis Haysbert. The movie is based on the 2000 Swedish film Naken follows a charming man-child who wakes up on his wedding day, naked in an elevator, and relives the hour before the ceremony over and over again.
