Simon Franglen (The Magnificent Seven, Peppermint, Pandora: The World of Avatar) has recently composed the original score for the upcoming Chinese fantasy romance Turandot. The film is directed by Xiaolong Zheng (Empresses in the Palace) and stars Guan Xiaotong and Dylan Sprouse. The movie is based on Giacomo Puccini’s opera of the same title and follows a princess who is cursed by a mysterious power emanating from three Mazovian bracelets that were given to her as birthday gifts and an ordinary citizen who risks his life to save her. ‘Harlots’ Season 3 Soundtrack Released

Milan Records has released a new soundtrack album for the Hulu original series Harlots. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s third season composed by Rael Jones (My Cousin Rachel, Suite Francaise, Kids in Love). The soundtrack is now available to download overseas and will be coming out in the U.S. later this month (click here to download). The label has previously released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s music from Season 2, while Silva Screen Records has released an album featuring Jones’ score from the first season.
