Siddhartha Khosla (This Is Us, Runaways, Looking for Alaska, The Royals) has teamed up with Lauren Culjak to score the upcoming Hulu original series Love, Victor. The show is created by Isaac Aptaker & Elizabeth Berger based on the 2018 feature Love, Simon, which was inspired by Becky Albertalli’s novel Simon Vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda, and stars Michael Cimino, Ana Ortiz, James Martinez, Isabella Ferreira, Rachel Naomi Hilson, Bebe Wood, George Sear, Anthony Turpel and Mason Gooding The dramedy is set in the world of the Love, Simon movie (scored by Rob Simonsen) and follows a new student at Creekwood High School on his own journey of self-discovery, facing challenges at home, adjusting to a new city, and struggling with his sexual orientation. ‘Dark Side of the Ring’ Soundtrack Album Released

Waxwork Records and VICE Music Publishing have released a soundtrack album for the Vice on TV docu-series Dark Side of the Ring. The album features selections of the original show’s original music composed by Wade MacNeil (The Ranger) of Alexisonfire and the UK punk band Gallows and Andrew Gordon Macpherson (Random Acts of Violence). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also listen to audio samples. A double LP version is available to order on the label’s official website. Dark Side of the Ring is created by Evan Husney & Jason Eisener and dives into the biggest controversies from in and out of the ring involving professional wrestling’s most notorious superstars. Martin Todsharow has been tapped to score the upcoming sci-fi action adventure Snake Eyes. The film is directed by Robert Schwentke (Flightplan, RED, The Time Traveler’s Wife) and stars Henry Golding, Samara Weaving, Haruka Abe, Ursula Corbero, Iko Uwais, Andrew Koji and Takehiro Hira. The G.I. Joe spin-off chronicles the origin story of the title character. Evan Spiliotopoulos (Beauty and the Beast, Hercules) wrote the screenplay. Lorenzo di Bonaventura (Transformers, Bumblebee, The Meg) and Brian Goldner (Ouija: Origin of Evil) are producing the project. Todsharow (Desert Flower, Head Full of Honey) has previously collaborated with Schwentke on all of the director’s German language features, including Tattoo, The Family Jewels and The Captain. Intrada Records has announced the world premiere soundtrack release for the 1972 western Ulzana’s Raid directed by Robert Aldrich and starring Burt Lancaster, Richard Jaeckel, Bruce Davison, Richard Jaeckel and Joaquin Martinez. The album features the original music from the Universal Pictures release composed and conducted by Academy Award nominee Frank De Vol (Hush…Hush, Sweet Charlotte, Pillow Talk, What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?, The Frisco Kid). ‘The High Note’ Soundtrack Album Details

Republic Records has announced the details of the soundtrack album for the musical comedy drama The High Note. The album features the songs from the movie performed by actors Tracee Ellis Ross and Kelvin Harrison Jr, as well tracks by Donny Hathaway, Maxine Brown, Aretha Franklin and Anthony Ramos . Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins is producing the soundtrack, which will be released digitally on May 29 and will be available to stream/download here. As previously reported, the first track, Love Myself performed by Ross, is already available as a digital single. The film is directed by Ilya Naishuller (Hardcore Henry) and stars Bob Odenkirk, Gage Munroe, Connie Nielsen, Christopher Lloyd and RZA. The movie revolves around a bystander who intervenes to help a woman being harassed by a group of men becomes the target of a vengeful drug lord. Derek Kolstad (John Wick) wrote the screenplay. Kelly McCormick (Atomic Blonde, How It Ends) and David Leitch (Deadpool 2, Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw) are producing the project for 87North, alongside Braden Aftergood (Siberia) for Eighty Two Films, as well as Odenkirk and Marc Provissiero (PEN15, Paradise PD).
