The track, entitled Without a Net, is performed by country music singer/songwriter Mickey Guyton, and will be featured in the April Wright-directed movie, which tells the untold story about the unsung professionals, their struggles on screen to perform at the highest level, and their fight off-screen to be treated fairly and equally. Nora Kroll-Rosenbaum (Stockholm, Pennsylvania, Bird Karma, Don’t Look Deeper) has written the movie’s original score and Bonnie Greenberg serves as the executive music producer. BBC America announced today that Hans Zimmer, Jacob Shea and the team at Bleeding Fingers Music have created new compositions for BBC America’s upcoming television event Planet Earth: A Celebration, which highlights eight of the most extraordinary sequences from the Emmy-winning docu-series Planet Earth II and Blue Planet II. They have also rearranged the original scores from the two shows for the new TV special. The string section of the score is performed by the BBC Concert Orchestra, accompanied by Brit and Mercury Award-winning UK rapper, Dave, who performs on the grand piano.
