The show is created by Matt Nix (Burn Notice, The Gifted) based on the 1989 feature of the same title and stars Josh Peck, Carra Patterson, Anthony Ruivivar, Brandon Jay McLaren, Lyndsy Fonseca, Jeremy Maguire and Vanessa Lengies. The film marks the directorial debut of actor Ross McCall and stars Craig Fairbrass, Stephen Odubola, Jason Flemyng, Ulrich Thomsen, Zoe Tapper and Rosie Sheehy. The movie follows an institutionalized criminal incarcerated for murdering his wife whose routine life is disrupted when his estranged daughter asks to meet him and a 19 year old serving his first sentence in a maximum security prison is placed inside as his cell mate. Composer Thomas Newman (American Beauty, The Shawshank Redemption, Finding Nemo, 1917, Skyfall) is reuniting with director John Madden (Shakespeare in Love, Proof) on the upcoming war drama Operation Mincemeat. The film starring Colin Firth, Kelly Macdonald, Matthew Macfadyen, Penelope Wilton, Johnny Flynn & Jason Isaacs is based on the book of the same name by Ben Macintyre and takes place in 1943 when the Allies are determined to launch an all-out assault on Fortress Europe. The movie follows two intelligence officers as they concoct a disinformation strategy, aimed at preventing their massive invasion force from being massacred by German soldiers and planes when they touch down on the continent.
