Nathaniel Blume is scoring the new Fox drama Prodigal Son. The show is created by Chris Fedak (Chuck, Forever) & Sam Sklaver and stars Tom Payne, Michael Sheen, Bellamy Young, Halston Sage, Lou Diamond Phillips, Frank Harts, Keiko Agena and Aurora Perrineau. The series follows a troubled criminal psychologist as he uses his twisted genius to help the NYPD solve crimes. Fedak & Sklaver are also executive producing the Warner Bros. Television and FOX Entertainment production with Greg Berlanti & Sarah Schechter (Riverdale, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina).

Soundtrack Album for Netflix’s ‘Top Boy’ Season 3 Released
OVO Sound and Warner Records have released a soundtrack album for the Netflix original series Top Boy. The album features a selection of songs inspired by the show’s third season, including Behind Barz by Drake (who serves as an executive producers on the new season), as well as tracks by Little Simz and Dave (who both appear in the drama), AJ Tracey, Fredo, Ghetts, SL, Headie One, Avelino, M Huncho and Young Teflon. The soundtrack is now available to stream and download on Amazon Music, where you can also check out audio samples. Top Boy is created and written by Ronan Bennett and stars Ahley Walters & Kane Robinson reprise their roles from the first two seasons, as well as Micheal Ward, Shone Romulus, Ashley Thomas, Lisa Dwan, Jasmine Jobson, Kadeem Ramsay, Saffron Hocking, Kola Bokinni and Hope Ikpoku.
Soundtrack Album for Netflix’s ‘Seis Manos’ Announced
Milan Records and Sony Music Masterworks have announced a soundtrack album for the Netflix anime original series Seis Manos. The album features the selections of the show’s original music composed by Carl Thiel (From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series, Sin City: A Dame To Kill For, The Teller and the Truth). Seis Manos co-created by Powerhouse CEO Brad Graeber & writer Alvaro Rodriguez (Machete) and directed by Willis Bulliner is set in Mexico in the 1970s and centers on three orphaned martial arts warriors who join forces with a DEA agent and a Mexican Federale to battle for justice after their beloved mentor is murdered in their tiny border town.
Soundtrack Album for Amazon’s ‘Undone’ to Be Released
Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the Amazon original series Undone. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Amie Doherty (Here and Now, Marooned). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 13 and will be available to stream and download on Amazon Music. Undone is created by Raphael Bob-Waksberg & Kate Purdy and features the voice talent of Rosa Salazar, Bob Odenkirk, Angelique Cabral, Constance Marie, Siddharth Dhananjay and Daveed Diggs. The animated series centers on a woman who discovers she has a new relationship with time after surviving a car accident that almost killed her.

Blake Neely and Daniel James Chan are co-scoring the new ABC drama Emergence. The show is created by Michele Fazekas & Tara Butters (Agent Carter, Resurrection) and stars Allison Tolman, Alexa Swinton, Owain Yeoman, Ashley Aufderheide, Robert Bailey Jr., Zabryna Guevara, Donald Faison and Clancy Brown. The series follows a police chief who takes in a young child she finds near the site of a mysterious accident and the investigation draws her into a conspiracy larger than she ever imagined.
Gabriel Mann Scoring CBS’ ‘The Unicorn’ & ‘Carol’s Second Act’
Gabriel Mann is composing the original score for two new CBS comedies, including The Unicorn created by Bill Martin & Mike Schiff (3rd Rock from the Sun) and starring Walton Goggins, Rob Corddry, Michaela Watkins, Omar Miller, Maya Lynne Robinson, Ruby Jay, Makenzie Moss and Devin Bright. The show follows a tight-knit group of best friends and family who help the series’ lead character embrace his “”new normal”” after the loss of his wife a year earlier.

Jonathan Sadoff (Seeking a Friend for the End of the World, The Meddler, The Mick) is scoring the upcoming Hulu original series Dollface. The show is created by Jordan Weiss and stars Kat Dennings, Brenda Song, Shay Mitchell and Esther Povitsky. The comedy centers on a young woman who – after being dumped by her longtime boyfriend – must deal with her own imagination in order to literally and metaphorically re-enter the world of women, and rekindle the female friendships she left behind.
