Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend while also premiering on Peacock today is the slasher sequel Halloween Ends directed by David Gordon Green and starring Jamie Lee Curtis, Andi Matichak, Rohan Campbell, Kyle Richards and James Jude Courtney. The film’s original music is composed by John Carpenter, Cody Carpenter & Daniel Davies (Firestarter) who previously scored 2018’s Halloween and last year’s Halloween Kills. Opening in select theaters today before expanding nationwide over the next couple of weeks is the biographical drama Till directed by Chinonye Chukwu and starring Danielle Deadwyler, Jalyn Hall, Whoopi Goldberg, Jayme Lawson, Frankie Faison, Tosin Cole and Haley Bennett. Abel Korzeniowski (Penny Dreadful, A Single Man, Nocturnal Animals, The Nun, The Courier) has composed the film’s original score. The movie, which follows a lost traveler who stumbles upon an old man living in a remote cabin in the woods, is being released by RLJE Films.
Opening in select theaters today before premiering next Friday, October 21 on Apple TV+ is the drama Raymond & Ray written and directed by Rodrigo Garcia and starring Ethan Hawke, Ewan McGregor, Maribel Verdú, Tom Bower, Sophie Okonedo, Todd Louiso, Vondie Curtis Hall, Oscar Nuñez and Maxim Swinton. Jeff Beal (House of Cards, Carnivale, Pollock, The Biggest Little Farm, Rome, Monk) has composed the film’s original music.
