Premiering on Thursday, October 6, is the Peacock limited series A Friend of the Family created by Nick Antosca and starring Anna Paquin, Jake Lacy, Colin Hanks, Mckenna Grace, Lio Tipton, Austin Stowell, Patrick Fischler Bree Elrod, Hendrix Yancey and Philip Ettinger. The show’s original music is composed by Ariel Marx (Shiva Baby, Candy, The Tale, Ted Bundy: Falling for a Killer). Also premiering on Thursday is Nickelodeon’s Paramount+ original movie Monster High: The Movie directed by Todd Holland and starring Miia Harris, Ceci Balagot, Nayah Damasen, C Kyle Selig, Case Walker, Marci T. House, Scotch Ellis Loring and Steve Valentine. The film’s original score is composed by Sunna Wehrmeijer (She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz). Premiering on Friday, October 7, is the Netflix original series The Midnight Club created by Mike Flanagan & Leah Fong based on the 1994 novel of the same name as well as other works by Christopher Pike. The Newton Brothers (The Haunting of Hill House,  Midnight Mass, Doctor Sleep, The Forever Purge, The Walking Dead: World Beyond, Life of Crime) have composed the show’s original music. The drama, which follows the members of an exclusive club inside hospice for terminally ill teens as they make a chilling pact, will be available to stream on Netflix.

Also premiering on Friday is the Hellraiser reboot directed by David Bruckner and starring Odessa A’zion, Jamie Clayton, Drew Starkey, Adam Faison, Brandon Flynn, Goran Visnjic and Hiam Abbass. The film’s original music is composed by Ben Lovett (The Night House, The Ritual, The Wolf of Snow Hollow, The Signal, The Wind). The comedy follows four childhood friends who wake up on Halloween following a drunken reunion to realize that a predict-your-future game of M.A.S.H. that they played twenty years ago is starting to come true for them.
