Quartet Records has announced a soundtrack album for the animated feature Ozzy. The album features the film’s original music composed and conducted by Fernando Velazquez (Crimson Peak, The Impossible, A Monster Calls, Hercules, Mama, The Orphanage). The soundtrack will be released on October 14, 2016 is now available to order on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. Ozzy is written by Juan Ramon Ruiz de Somavia and directed by Alberto Rodriguez. The Canadian/Spanish co-production tells the story of Ozzy, a lovable family pet, who is placed in a luxury kennel while his family heads on to a once in a lifetime trip to Japan.

‘I’m Not Ashamed’ Soundtrack Details
Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the drama I’m Not Ashamed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Timothy Williams (Wild Horses, Sym-Bionic Titan, I.T., Walking with the Enemy). The soundtrack will be released digitally on October 21, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. I’m Not Ashamed is directed by Brian Baugh and stars Masey McLain, Sadie Robertson, Ben Davies, Korie Robertson, Jaci Velasquez and Jennifer O’Neill. The movie is based on the true story and journal entries of Rachel Joy Scott – the first student killed in the Columbine high school shooting in 1999.
Hollywood Records to Release ‘Doctor Strange’ Soundtrack
Hollywood Records will release the official soundtrack album for Marvel Studios’ Doctor Strange. Academy Award winner Michael Giacchino (Up, Jurassic World, Lost, Star Trek, Inside Out, The Incredibles, Ratatouille) is composing the film’s original music. The soundtrack will be released physically on November 18, 2016 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A digital version is expected to be released earlier in November. The full details of the soundtrack album for the fantasy adventure Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them have been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed by James Newton Howard (The Hunger Games, King Kong, Maleficent, The Sixth Sense, Signs, The Fugitive). The soundtrack will be released in various formats next month by WaterTower Music. The deluxe edition is now available for pre-order on Amazon and a vinyl version featuring two early recordings by the composer for the project can be pre-orderer here. Universal Music will release a score album for the romantic comedy sequel Bridget Jones’s Baby. The album features the film’s original music composed by Craig Armstrong (Moulin Rouge!, The Great Gatsby, Me Before You, Baz Luhrmann’s Romeo + Juliet, The Incredible Hulk). As previously reported, a separate soundtrack featuring the songs from the film and two tracks from Armstrong’s score has been released last month. The details of the soundtrack album for the Netflix original series Luke Cage have been revealed. The album features selections of the show’s original score composed by Adrian Younge & Ali Shaheed Muhammad. Also included are tracks by Raphael Saadiq, Faith Evans, Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings and Charles Bradley, as well as the song Bulletproof Love by the composers & Method Man, which was already released last week as a single. The first season of Luke Cage developed by Cheo Hodari Coker based on the Marvel Comics character and starring Mike Colter, Mahershala Ali, Alfre Woodard, Simone Missick, Theo Rossi, Frank Whaley and Sônia Braga premiered last week and is now available to stream on Netflix.
James Newton Howard to Score Jake Kasdan’s ‘Jumanji’ Sequel
James Newton Howard has been hired to score the upcoming Jumanji sequel. The film is directed by Jake Kasdan (Bad Teacher, Orange County) and stars Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Karen Gillian, Jack Black and Nick Jonas. No plot details have been announced yet. Scott Rosenberg (High Fidelity, Con Air) and Jeff Pinkner (The Amazing Spider-Man 2, The 5th Wave) have written the screenplay based on a previous draft by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers (Spider-Man: Homecoming, The Lego Batman Movie). Matt Tolmach (The Amazing Spider-Man) and William Teitler (The Polar Express) are producing the project.

Death Waltz Recordings has released a soundtrack album for the horror comedy The Greasy Strangler. The album features the film’s original music composed by Andrew Hung. The show is created by Alex Pastor & David Pastor (Selfless) and stars Sean Teale, Allison Miller, Eddie Ramos, Julia Ormond and Dennis Haysbert. The thriller is set a near future where corporations have unlimited power and follows a young executive who conceals his true identity to infiltrate a dangerous corporate world to save the woman he loves. Ben Affleck & Matt Damon (Good Will Hunting) are executive producing the CBS Television Studios and Universal Cable production with Ted Humphrey (The Good Wife) and Jennifer Todd (Alice in Wonderland, Austin Powers series, Memento).
