Premiering tonight is the Showtime limited series Waco: The Aftermath created by Drew Dowdle & John Erick Dowdle and starring Michael Shannon, John Leguizamo, J. Smith Cameron, Giovanni Ribisi, Keean Johnson, David Costabile, John Hoogenakker and Abbey Lee. The show’s original music is composed by The Newton Brothers (Doctor Sleep, The Haunting of Hill House, The First Purge, Midnight Mass, Oculus, The Midnight Mass). Click here to learn more about the 5-part drama, which will air Sundays on Showtime and will be be available for Showtime subscribers every Friday.

Premiering on Thursday, April 20, is the comedy Quasi directed Kevin Heffernan and starring Heffernan himself, Jay Chandrasekhar, Steve Lemme, Erik Stolhanske, Paul Soter and Adrianne Palicki. Jason Akana (Tacoma FD) has composed the film’s original music. ‘Wild Isles’ Episode ‘Ocean’ Soundtrack Album Released

Shogun Music has released the fifth soundtrack album for the BBC natural history series Wild Isles. The album features the original music from the show’s fifth and final episode, entitled Ocean, composed by Academy Award nominee George Fenton (The Blue Planet, Groundhog Day, Dangerous Liaisons, Anna and the King, Gandhi, Hitch, You’ve Got Mail). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. The label has previously released the composer’s score from the first four episodes (Our Precious Isles, Woodland, Grassland & Freshwater) over the last couple of weeks. Wild Isles presented by Sir David Attenborough and executive produced by Alastair Fothergrill just finished its series run in the UK last night on BBC One.

The 5-parter presented/narrated by Sir David Attenborough was filmed over three years and uses the latest technology to capture dramatic new behavior, from battling butterflies to hunting sea eagles and killer whales – revealing a previously unseen wild side of the British Isles.
