Sparks & Shadows will release a soundtrack album for the supernatural horror thriller Eli. The album features the film’s original music composed by Emmy Award winner Bear McCreary (Godzilla: King of the Monsters, 10 Cloverfield Lane, The Walking Dead, Battlestar Galactica, Happy Death Day, Outlander). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, October 18 and will be available to download here. Eli is directed by Ciaran Foy and stars Charlie Shotwell, Lili Taylor, Kelly Reilly, Sadie Sink and Max Martini. The movie centers on an 11-year-old boy with a debilitating illness who checks into an isolated clinic to undergo experimental therapy.

Anna Meredith Scoring Netflix’s ‘Living with Yourself’
Anna Meredith has composed the original score for the new Netflix original series Living with Yourself. The show is created and written by Timothy Greenberg (The Daily Show with Jon Stewart), directed by Jonathan Dayton & Valerie Faris (Little Miss Sunshine, The Battle of the Sexes) and stars Paul Rudd and Aisling Bea. The comedy revolves around a man struggling in life who undergoes a novel spa treatment that promises to make him a better person, only to learn he’s been replaced by a better version of himself.
Soundtrack Album for Netflix’s ‘Daybreak’ to Be Released
Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the Netflix original series Daybreak. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Andrew Lockington (San Andreas, Journey to the Center of the Earth, Rampage, Frontier, Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters). The soundtrack will be released digitally on October 25, 2019 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Daybreak is created by Aron Eli Coleite & Brad Peyton and stars Matthew Broderick, Colin Ford, Alyvia Alyn Lind, Sophie Simnett, Austin Crute, Gregory Kasyan, Krysta Rodriguez, Cody Kearsley and Jeanté Godlock. The action comedy takes place in in post-apocalyptic LA and follows a slacker as he strives to find the girl of his dreams while outwitting mindless ghouls and cliquish gangs.

Jeff Russo (Fargo, Star Trek: Discovery, The Night Of, Legion) and Jordan Gagne (The Rookie) are composing the show’s original music and Russo has also composed the main title theme. Keegan DeWitt (Hearts Beat Loud, Gemini, I’ll See You in My Dreams, The Hero, Divorce) is composing the original score for the upcoming Netflix original movie Let It Snow. The film is directed by Luke Snellin and stars Isabela Moner, Shameik Moore, Kiernan Shipka, Odeya Rush, Jacob Batalon, Miles Robbins, Mitchell Hope, Liv Hewson, Anna Akana and Joan Cusack. The comedy drama is based on the New York Times bestselling book by John Green (The Fault in Our Stars), Maureen Johnson & Lauren Myracle and follows a group high school seniors as they discover unexpected opportunities and complications that test their friendships, love lives, and aspirations for the future when a once-in-century snowstorm hits their small town on Christmas Eve.

Gabriel Mann is composing the original score for the upcoming Netflix original series Merry Happy Whatever. The show is created by Tucker Cawley (Everybody Loves Raymond, Up All Night) and stars Dennis Quaid, Bridgit Mendler, Brent Morin, Ashley Tisdale, Hayes MacArthur, Adam Rose and Siobhan Murphy. The comedy revolves around a strong-willed dad as he navigates the stress of the holiday season when his daughter brings her new boyfriend home for Christmas.
‘The Great Hack’ Soundtrack Released
BMG has released a soundtrack album for the Netflix documentary The Great Hack. The album features the film’s original music composed by Gil Talmi (Savannah, Chavela, Food Chains). The soundtrack is now available to stream and download on Amazon Music, where you can also check out audio samples. The Great Hack is directed by Karim Amer & Jehane Noujaim and explores how a data company named Cambridge Analytica came to symbolize the dark side of social media in the wake of the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
Soundtrack Album for Netflix’s ‘Big Mouth’ to Be Released
BMG will release the first soundtrack album for the Netflix animated series Big Mouth. The album features a selection of songs from the show written by composer Mark Rivers and performed by the animated comedy’s voice cast, including Nick Kroll, Maya Rudolph, Jessi Klein, Jenny Slate, Jordan Peele, Jason Mantzouka, Fred Armisen, John Mulaney, Thandie Newton, Craig Robinson, Martin Short & others. Also included is Rivers’ Emmy Award-nominated song Totally Gay. Super Songs of Big Mouth – Volume 1 will be released digitally tomorrow, October 4 and will be available to download here. ‘Atlantics’ (‘Atlantique’) Soundtrack Released
Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the drama Atlantics (Atlantique). The album features the film’s original music composed by Fatima Al Qadiri. The soundtrack is now available to download in French music stores (click here to check out audio samples) and will be released in the U.S. and other markets on November 15 (visit Amazon to pre-order the album). Atlantics is directed by Mati Diop and stars Mama Sané, Amadou Mbow, Ibrahima Traoré, Nicole Sougou, Amina Kane, Mariama Gassama and Coumba Dieng. The movie, which has just been selected as Senegal’s candidate for the Best International Feature category for next year’s Academy Awards, centers on the blossoming love between, a young construction worker and a woman who is about to be forced into an unwanted arranged marriage with a wealthier man.
