RCA Records has released a soundtrack EP for the DreamWorks Animation’s special Trolls Holiday in Harmony. The 5-track EP features two original songs (Together Now & Tiny’s Journey) from the special co-written and produced by composer Joseph Shirley (The Book of Boba Fett, The Mysterious Benedict Society, Bad Trip, Fairfax) and performed by the project’s voice cast, as well as a cover of Stevie Wonder’s Signed, Sealed, Delivered. Also included is a score suite by Shirley. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Also listen to all five tracks after the jump. Trolls Holiday in Harmony is written and directed by Sean Charmatz & Tim Heitz and features the voices of Anna Kendrick, Justin Timberlake, Kenan Thompson, Rachel Bloom, Ron Funches, Anderson .Paak, Kunal Nayyar, Anthony Ramos, Ester Dean, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Walt Dohrn and Karan Soni.

Soundtrack EP for NBC’s ‘Ordinary Joe’ Released
Hollywood Records has released the first soundtrack EP for the NBC drama Ordinary Joe. The 4-track EP features four song from the first three episodes of the show performed by James Wolk who plays the title character Joe Kimbreau, including two original songs (Soldier On & Landing) written by Sam Hollander & Josh Edmonson and covers of James Taylor’s Fire and Rain and Bright Eyes’ First Day of My Life. Premiering tonight is the new Starz original series BMF (Black Mafia Family) created by Randy Huggins and starring Russell Hornsby, Demetrius Flenory Jr., Michole Briana White, Da’Vinchi, Ajiona Alexus, Eric Kofi-Abrefa, Myles Truitt and Steve Harris. The show’s original score is composed by Meshell Ndegeocello (Queen Sugar, Our Kind of People, Lackawanna Blues, Disappearing Acts). G-Unit Records has released the drama’s theme song Wish Me Luck by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson feat. Snoop Dogg, Moneybagg Yo and Charlie Wilson. Premiering on Tuesday, September 28, is the Netflix animated series Ada Twist, Scientist developed by Chris Nee based on Andrea Beaty’s book series and starring Amanda Christine, Nicholas Crovetti, Candace Kozak, Terrence Little Gardenhigh, Susan Kelechi Watson and Taye Diggs. Milan Records has released the show’s theme song written by Kay Hanley, Michelle Lewis & Dan Petty and performed by Renée Elise Goldsberry last month. James S. Levine Scoring NBC’s ‘La Brea’
James S. Levine (Glee, Nip/Tuck, Damages, American Horror Story, Star, Bloodline, Rizzoli & Isles) is scoring the new NBC drama La Brea. The show is created by David Appelbaum and stars Natalie Zea, Eoin Macken, Jon Seda, Nicholas Gonzalez, Karina Logue, Chiké Okonkwo, Zyra Gorecki, Veronica St. Clair, Jack Martin, Rohan Mirchandaney, Josh McKenzie, Lily Santiago and Chloe De Los Santos. The series centers on a family who is torn apart after a massive sinkhole opens in the middle of Los Angeles, pulling hundreds of people and buildings into its depths, and has to unlock the secrets of this inexplicable event to find a way back to each other.

Premiering tonight is the PBS documentary Muhammad Ali directed and executive produced by Ken Burns, Sarah Burns & David McMahon about the iconic heavyweight boxing champion who became an inspiration to people everywhere. The film’s original music is composed by songwriter and hip hop record producer Jahlil Beats. A soundtrack album featuring the artist’s music has been released today. Premiering tomorrow, September 20 is the Fox comedy drama The Big Leap created by Liz Heldens and starring Scott Foley, Simone Recasner, Piper Perabo, Jon Rudnitsky, Ser’Darius Blain, Raymond Cham, Jr., Kevin Daniels, Mallory Jansen, Anna Grace Barlow and Teri Polo. Joe Wong (The Midnight Gospel, Master of None, To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, Russian Doll) is composing the show’s original score. A first song from the series (Just Like Heaven produced by Wong and performed by Eryn Allen Kane) was released this past week. Ealy, John Gluck and Adam Rodriguez. The drama explores the three parallel lives of the title character after he makes a pivotal choice at a crossroads in his life.
Soundtrack Album for NBC’s ‘Good Girls’ to Be Released
Lakeshore Records will release the first-ever soundtrack album for the NBC comedy drama Good Girls. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s third and fourth season composed by Drum & Lace (Dickinson, The First Monday in May, Deadly Illusions) and Ian Hultquist (Assassination Nation, Animals A-X-L). The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, July 23 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon and Apple Music/iTunes. Good Girls is created by Jenna Bans and stars Christina Hendricks, Retta, Mae Whitman, Reno Wilson, Manny Montana, Lidya Jewett, Isaiah Stannard and Matthew Lillard. The Universal Television production revolves around three suburban moms who orchestrate a local grocery store heist to escape financial ruin and establish independence.
First-Ever Soundtrack Album for ‘Seinfeld’ to Be Released
WaterTower Music will release the first-ever soundtrack album for the NBC hit comedy Seinfeld. The album features selections of the original score from the show’s entire run composed by Jonathan Wolff (Will & Grace, Who’s the Boss?, The King of Queen, Married… with Children, The Hughleys, Reba). The soundtrack will be available on all major digital music platforms this Friday, July 2 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the NBC drama Debris. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Raney Shockne (Queen of the South, Anger Management, Kevin Can Wait, The To Do List, The Wedding Year). The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, May 14 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Debris is created by J.H. Wyman and stars Jonathan Tucker, Riann Steele, Norbert Leo Butz and Scroobius Pip. The series produced by Universal Television and Legendary Television revolves around a secretive international agency that is tasked with the mystery of a wreckage that starts falling from the sky.
Soundtrack Album for NBC’s ‘New Amsterdam’ to Be Released
Back Lot Music will release the first soundtrack album for the NBC drama New Amsterdam. The album features selections of the original music from the show composed by Craig Wedren (School of Rock, Role Models, GLOW, Fresh off the Boat, Wet Hot American Summer). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, March 2 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other digital music services. New Amsterdam is created by David Schulner and stars Ryan Eggold, Janet Montgomery, Freema Agyeman, Jocko Sims, Tyler Labine and Anupam Kher.
