Hollywood Records will release a soundtrack album for the Hulu’s first-ever Spanish language series La Máquina. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Tomás Barreiro (La Cocina, Museo, The Good Girls, Gueros). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, October 11 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. La Máquina is created by Marco Ramirez and stars Gael García Bernal, Diego Luna, Eiza González, Jorge Perugorría, Dariam Coco, Andrés Delgado, Lucía Méndez and Karina Gidi. The 6-part drama follows a boxer at a low point in his career who is struggling to mount a comeback and must juggle his own personal demons and protect his family, including his ex-wife, a journalist who finds herself on a collision course with the dark side of the boxing world.

Hollywood Records & Marvel have released the songs from the fourth episode of the Marvel Television’s Disney+ original series Agatha All Along. The 2-track single features the original song The Ballad of the Witches’ Road written by Academy Award winners Kristen Anderson-Lopez & Robert Lopez (Frozen, The Book of Mormon) in two new versions: Lorna Vu’s Version performed by South Korean singer Seo Moon Tak and cover performed by actors Kathryn Hahn, Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn, Patti LuPone, Aubrey Plaza and Joe Locke. Caitlin Yeo Scoring Disney+’s & Hulu’s ‘Last Days of the Space Age’
Caitlin Yeo (Danger Close, Bad Behaviour, Playing with Sharks: The Valerie Taylor Story, The Butterfly Tree, The Rocket) has provided the original score for the new Australian Disney+ original series Last Days of the Space Age. The show is created by David Chidlow and stars Radha Mitchell, Jesse Spencer, Deborah Mailman, Iain Glen, Linh-Dan Pham, Thomas Weatherall, George Mason, Vico Thai, Ines English and Jacek Koman. The 8-part comedy drama is set in 1979 Western Australia and follows three families in a tight-knit coastal community who find their marriages, friendships and futures put to the test.

Disney+ has released the trailer for the documentary Music by John Williams. The film directed by Laurent Bouzereau centers on the life and career of the legendary Academy Award-winning composer and features interviews with Steven Spielberg, Gustavo Dudamel, Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall, Kate Capshaw, J.J. Nami Melumad Scoring Pixar’s Disney+ Series ‘Dream Productions’
Nami Melumad (Star Trek: Strange New Worlds & Prodigy, Thor: Love and Thunder, An American Pickle, The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window, Absentia) has composed the original music for Pixar Animation Studios’ upcoming Disney+ original series Dream Productions. The show is written and directed by Mike Jones (screenwriter of Soul & Luca) and features the voices of Paula Pell, Richard Ayoade, Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph, Kensington Tallman, Alli Maki, Liza Lapira, Tony Hale, Phyllis Smith and Lewis Black. The series is set between the events of Pixar’s features Inside Out & Inside Out 2 and follows Riley who gets sent to Dream Productions, where acclaimed director Paula Persimmon is trying to create the next hit dream after being paired up with a smug daydream director looking to step up into the big leagues of night dreams.

The 2-track single features the original song The Ballad of the Witches’ Road written by Academy Award winners Kristen Anderson-Lopez & Robert Lopez (Frozen, The Book of Mormon) in two different versions: the “true crime version” performed by Matthew Mayfield (as featured at the beginning in Episode 1) and the “sacred chant version” performed by actors Kathryn Hahn, Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn, Debra Jo Rupp & Patti Lupone (as featured at the of Episode 2). Premiering in the U.S. tonight is the British TV series Moonflower Murders created by Anthony Horowitz and starring Lesley Manville, Timothy McMullan, Mark Gatiss, Daniel Mays, Rosalie Craig, Claire Rushbrook, Conleth Hill, Pippa Bennett-Warner, Matthew Beard, Adrian Rawlins and Sanjeev Kohli. The show’s original music is composed by Murray Gold (Doctor Who, Gentleman Jack, Torchwood, Dead Ringers, It’s a Sin, A Very English Scandal, Quiz) who previously scored 2022’s original Magpie Murders series.
