Five new movies are opening in theaters nationwide this week:
Opening in most theaters is the Saw reboot Spiral directed by Darren Lynn Bousman and starring Chris Rock, Samuel L. Jackson, Max Minghella and Marisol Nichols. The film’s original score is composed by Charlie Clouser (Resident Evil: Extinction, Numbers, Death Sentence) who has written the music for all previous Saw movies. Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score next Friday, May 21. Click here for the full album details. Also opening wide is the thriller Those Who Wish Me Dead directed by Taylor Sheridan and starring Angelina Jolie, Nicholas Hoult, Finn Little, Medina Senghore, Tyler Perry, Aiden Gillen, Jake Weber and Jon Bernthal. Brian Tyler (Iron Man 3, Furious 7, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Crazy Rich Asians, Yellowstone, Thor: The Dark World) has composed the film’s original music. WaterTower Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score last week.
