THR is reporting that Moby will contribute original music to the upcoming Australian action adventure comedy The Great Emu War. The film will be directed by Yaniv Raz (Dr. Birds Advice for Sad Poets) and is set to star John Cleese, Monty Franklin, Jim Jefferies and Rhys Darby. The movie is set in Western Australia in 1932 and follows a group of farmers who complain that emu are eating their crops and creating a nuisance and turn to the Australian government, which sends heavily-armed divisions of the army to wipe out the bird. WaterTower Music has released a new version of the theme song from the CBS comedy B Positive. The track produced by Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Keb’ Mo’ & series producer Chuck Lorre (who co-wrote the theme for the first season) is performed by lead actress Annaleigh Ashford and will be introduced in tomorrow’s season 2 premiere episode.
