Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the animated sequel The Bad Guys 2 directed by Pierre Perifel and starring Sam Rockwell, Marc Maron, Anthony Ramos, Awkwafina, Maria Bakalova, Natasha Lyonne, Craig Robinson, Danielle Brooks, Alex Borstein, Richard Ayoade, Zazie Beetz and Lilly Singh. The film’s original music is composed by Daniel Pemberton (Spider-Man: Into/Across the Spider-Verse, Birds of Prey, Enola Holmes, Steve Jobs, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., King Arthur: Legend of the Sword). Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score, as well as two songs performed by Rag’n’Bone Man feat. WizTheMc and Busta Rhymes today. Also opening wide is the action comedy The Naked Gun directed by Akiva Schaffer and starring Liam Neeson, Pamela Anderson, Kevin Durand, Danny Huston, Paul Walter Hauser, Liza Koshy, CCH Pounder, Cody Rhodes and Eddie Yu. Lorne Balfe (Mission: Impossible – Fallout & Dead Reckoning, Black Adam, His Dark Materials, Black Widow, Bad Boys: Ride or Die, Top Gun: Maverick) has composed the film’s original music.
