Milan Records will release the official soundtrack album for the comedy Catherine Called Birdy. The album features the film’s original score composed by Academy Award nominee Carter Burwell (Carol, Fargo, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, Twilight, True Grit, In Bruges) and performed by the vocal band Roomful of Teeth. Also included are the songs from the movie performed by Misty Miller. The soundtrack will be released digitally on October 7, 2022 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Netflix Music will release a soundtrack album for the streamer’s limited series Thai Cave Rescue. The album features the show’s original score composed by Austin Wintory (Journey, Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate, Captain Abu Raed, Grace, Abzu, The Banner Saga) and Susie Benchasil Seiter (orchestrator and conductor on Minions, Star Trek Into Darkness, Jurassic World & Fortnite). The full details of the soundtrack album for Tyler Perry’s drama A Jazzman’s Blues have been revealed. The album features the songs from the movie performed by cast members Joshua Boone, Amirah Vann and Austin Scott. Academy Award nominee Terence Blanchard (BlacKkKlansman, Malcolm X, 25th Hour) has arranged and produced most of the songs. Also included are two tracks from the movie’s original score composed by Aaron Zigman (The Notebook, John Q), as well as the original song Paper Airplanes (co-written by Blanchard and performed by Ruth B.), which has already been released as a digital single last month.
