Neumeark Music will release the first-ever soundtrack album for the 2015 documentary Unbranded directed by Phillip Baribeau. The album features the film’s original music composed by Noah Sorota (Falling Skies, Resident Alien, Jinn, The Gracefield Incident, Reverie). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, June 1 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Back Lot Music will release the official soundtrack album for the Colin Trevorrow’s Jurassic World: Dominion. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Michael Giacchino (Up, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Lost, Ratatouille, Star Trek, The Incredibles, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, The Batman) who previously scored the first Jurassic World movie and the 2018 sequel Fallen Kingdom. Rick Smith & Karl Hyde (of the electronic music group Underworld) have composed the original score for the new FX limited series Pistol. The show is created by Craig Pearce (Moulin Rouge!, The Great Gatsby), directed by Danny Boyle (Slumdog Millionaire, 28 Days Later…) and stars Toby Wallace, Anson Boon, Christian Lees, Louis Partridge, Jacob Slater, Sydney Chandler, Maisie Williams, Talulah Riley, Emma Appleton and Thomas Brodie-Sangster. The 6-part drama is based on Sex Pistols’ founding member and guitarist Steve Jones’ memoir Lonely Boy: Tales from a Sex Pistol and tells the story of a band of working-class kids with “no future,” who shook the boring, corrupt Establishment to its core, threatened to bring down the government and changed music and culture forever. Universal Music Germany has released a soundtrack album for the animated feature Mia and Me: The Hero of Centopia. Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1993 period comedy Matinee directed by Joe Dante and starring John Goodman, Cathy Moriarty, Simon Fenton, Omri Katz, Kellie Martin and Lisa Jakub. The album features the film’s complete original score composed and conducted by Academy Award winner Jerry Goldsmith (The Omen, Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Chinatown, Planet of the Apes, Poltergeist, Basic Instinct, L.A. Confidential, Patton, Gremlins), including previously unreleased music and several alternate cues.
