Singer/songwriter Angel Olsen has made her feature film scoring debut on the the upcoming Australian drama Blaze. She has co-scored the film directed by painter Del Kathryn Barton (The Nightingale and the Rose) and starring Julia Savage, Simon Baker, Yael Stone, Josh Lawson and Sofia Hampson with Sam Petty. First Track from ‘Ms. Marvel’ Soundtrack Released

Hollywood Records and Marvel Music have released the first track from the soundtrack for the new Disney+ original series Ms. Marvel. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music services is Ms. Marvel Suite written by the show’s composer Laura Karpman (Lovecraft Country, What If…?, Paris Can Wait, Set It Up, Why We Hate, Underground). The Los Angeles Film Orchestra has announced their debut performance, Basil Poledouris: The Music and The Movies at The Music Center’s Walt Disney Concert Hall on July 22, 2022 at 8:00pm PT. The orchestra, under the direction of Maestro Steven Allen Fox, will be joined by the SoCal Chorale led by Choir Maestra Marya Basaraba. The concert will feature suites from some of Poledouris’ best known film scores including The Blue Lagoon, The Hunt for Red October, Free Willy and more.
