Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the horror comedy Lisa Frankenstein directed by Zelda Williams and starring Kathryn Newton, Cole Sprouse, Carla Gugino, Joe Chrest, Liza Soberano and Henry Eikenberry. The film’s original score is composed by Isabella Summers (Little Fires Everywhere, Lady Chatterley’s Lover, The Offer, Call Jane, Sex/Life). Opening semi-wide in around 550 theaters is the British horror thriller Out of Darkness directed by Andrew Cumming and starring Chuku Modu, Safia Oakley-Green, Iola Evans, Kit Young, Luna Mwezi and Arno Lüning. Adam Janota Bzowski (Saint Maud, Black Mirror: Loch Henry, The Marsh King’s Daughter, Here Before) has composed the film’s original music. Madison Gate Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today.
