Silva Screen Records will release a second soundtrack album for the Amazon/BBC limited The English. The album features the expanded original score from the show composed by Federico Jusid (The Secret in Their Eyes, Watership Down, Loving Pablo, Santa Evita, Life Itself, The Head, Misconduct), including 33 previously unreleased tracks. The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, January 27 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. The label has previously released the original soundtrack album featuring twelve score tracks, as well a number of folk songs in November. Camera Lucida has released a soundtrack album for the French documentary series Magellan’s Extraordinary Odyssey (L’incroyable périple de Magellan). The album features the show’s original music composed by Quentin Sirjacq (Bright Days Ahead, Brother, Made in China) & Nicolas Becker (Sound of Metal, A Prayer Before Dawn, Earwig). The film is written and directed by Nicole Holofcener (Enough Said, Friends with Money) and stars Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Tobias Menzies, Owen Teague, Michaela Watkins and Arian Moayed. Premiering tonight is the Fox drama Accused developed by Howard Gordon based on the British series created by Jimmy McGovern and starring Michael Chiklis, Abigail Breslin, Whitney Cummings, Margo Martindale, Malcolm-Jamal Warner, Wendell Pierce, Rachel Bilson, Jack Davenport, Betsy Brandt,Rhea Perlman, Molly Parker, Aisha Dee, Keith Carradine and Jason Ritter.. Roc Chen (7 Guardians of the Tomb, Chinese Zodiac, Stoker Hills, Switch, Sacrifice) will release a soundtrack album for the Chinese sci-fi adventure The Wandering Earth II. The album features the composer’s original score from the film and will be released digitally tomorrow, January 23 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon. Milan Records has previously released the composer’s score from the original 2019 film. The Wandering Earth II is directed by Frant Gwo and stars Wu Jing, Li Xuejian, Ning Li and Andy Lau . ‘1985’ Soundtrack Album Released

VRT MZK has released a soundtrack album for the Belgian TV series 1985. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Jeroen Swinnen (The Twelve, Before We Die) & David Martijn (War of the Worlds, De Dag). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. 1985 is created by Willem Wallyn and stars Tijmen Govaerts, Mona Mina Leon and Aimé Claeys. The Eyeworks Film & TV Drama production is set against the backdrop of Belgium’s most notorious unsolved crime spree and follows three friends who move from their hometown to Brussels, where they find themselves caught up in police corruption and the rise of the brutal Nijvel gang. A new soundtrack EP has been released for the 1988 sci-fi/fantasy horror sequel Phantasm II directed by Don Coscarelli and starring James LeGros, Reggie Bannister, Angus Scrimm, Paula Irvine and Samantha Phillips. The 5-track EP features the film’s original composed by Fred Myrow & Malcolm Seagrave and produced & arranged by Christopher L. Stone.
