La-La Land Records has announced the world premiere score album for the 1996 sports thriller The Fan directed by Tony Scott and starring Robert De Niro, Wesley Snipes, John Leguizamo, Benicio del Toro and Ellen Barkin. The album features the film’s original score composed by Academy Award winner Hans Zimmer (The Dark Knight, Gladiator, Interstellar, Inception, The Lion King, Pirates of the Caribbean, Dune, Rain Man, Man of Steel), as well as the composer’s original “sketchbook suite” and the song Letting Go performed by Terence Trent D’Arby. The soundtrack is now available to order as a limited edition 2-CD set, which is limited to 3,000 copies, on the label’s official website, where you also check out audio samples and find out more about the release. BSX Records has released the first-ever soundtrack album for the 1997 television movie A Match Made in Heaven directed by Paul Wendkos, written by Susan Rice and starring Olympia Dukakis, John Stamos, Kelly Rowan, Estelle Getty and Della Reese. The album features the film’s original score composed by Emmy Award winner Don Davis (The Matrix, The Matrix Reloaded, The Matrix Revolutions, Bound, Jurassic Park III, Valentine, Behind Enemy Lines). The soundtrack was released on the label’s official website last month and is now also available to stream/download on all major digital music platforms, including Amazon.
