Siddhartha Khosla (This Is Us, Welcome to Chippendales, Looking for Alaska, Rabbit Hole, Runaways, Queenpins) has teamed up with Garrett Gonzales (The Mysterious Benedict Society, Lioness) to score the new Amazon original series The Horror of Dolores Roach. Khosla has composed the music for the first episode and Khosla & Gonzales have co-scored the other seven episodes of the show created by Aaron Mark based on his podcast of the same name and his one-woman play, Empanada Loca and starring Justina Machado, Alejandro Hernandez, K. Todd Freeman and Kita Updike. The horror comedy drama follows the title character who – after an unjust 16-year prison sentence – returns to a gentrified Washington Heights, where she reunites with an old stoner friend, who lets her live and work as a masseuse, and is driven to shocking extremes to survive. Grant Kirkhope (Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, Civilization: Beyond Earth, GoldenEye 007, Donkey Kong 64, The King’s Daughter) has released a soundtrack album for the crime thriller Murder Syndicate. The album features the composer’s original score from the film and is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Murder Syndicate is written and directed by Michael Matteo Rossi and stars Jessica Morris, Steven Martini, Mark Justice, Diane Robin and Vernon Wells. The movie follows the three children and the younger boyfriend of a family of assassins’ matriarch as they scheme and fight among themselves to take over her empire after she falls ill. The show’s original music is composed by Simon Goff. Silva Screen Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score earlier this year. ‘Sweet Home Alabama’ Digital Score Album Released

Hollywood Records has released a digital version of the score album for the 2002 romantic comedy Sweet Home Alabama directed by Andy Tennant and starring Reese Witherspoon, Josh Lucas, Patrick Dempsey, Mary Kay Place, Fred Ward, Jean Smart and Candice Bergen. The album features the original score from the Touchstone Pictures production composed by Academy Award nominee George Fenton (Gandhi, Dangerous Liaisons, Groundhog Day, Anna and the King, The Blue Planet, Hitch). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. The album has previously been released as a (now out-of-print) CD edition in early 2003. Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the comedy No Hard Feelings directed by Gene Stupnitsky and starring Jennifer Lawrence, Andrew Barth Feldman, Matthew Broderick and Laura Benanti. The film’s original score is composed by Mychael Danna (Life of Pi, Where the Crawdads Sing, Moneyball, Onward) & Jessica Rose Weiss (Cinderella, Don’t Make Me Go, The Independent). Madison Gate Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score, as well as two songs from the movie today. Aaron Zigman (The Notebook, Bridge of Terabithia, Sex and the City, The Proposal, John Q) has composed the film’s original score. No word on a score release. Chandor (Margin Call, All Is Lost) and stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Ariana DeBose, Alessandro Nivola, Christopher Abbott, Fred Hechinger and Russell Crowe. The movie tells the story about how and why the title character came to be, before his notorious vendetta with Spider-Man.
