B Original has released a soundtrack album for the French musical comedy drama Queens of Drama (Les reines du drame). The album features the film’s original score composed by Pierre Desprats (Olga, Rouge, She Is Conann, The Wild Boys, The Cow Who Sang a Song Into the Future, Perfect Nanny), as well as the movie’s songs written by Rebeka Warrior, Mona Soyoc, Desprats himself & others. ‘Mufasa: The Lion King’ Soundtrack Album Details

The details of the first soundtrack album from Disney’s Mufasa: The Lion King have been revealed. The album features the film’s original songs written by Grammy Award & Tony Award winner and Academy Award nominee Lin-Manuel Miranda (Hamilton, Moana, In the Heights, Encanto) and performed by voice cast members including Aaron Pierre, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Anika Noni Rose, Keith David, Tiffany Boone, Mads Mikkelsen, Preston Nyman, Kagiso Lediga, Braelyn Rankins and Theo Somolu. Also included is a track performed by Lebo M who provided additional music and performances to the project. The soundtrack will be released on December 13 by Walt Disney Records. A separate “deluxe edtion” album featuring the songs and the film’s original score composed by Dave Metzger is also expected to come out this month. Caldera Records has announced the world premiere soundtrack release for the HBO original documentary series The Jinx directed by Andrew Jarecki about real-estate scion and convicted murderer Robert Durst who managed to evade justice for over three decades. The album features selections of the original score from the show’s first season (released in 2015 and subtitled The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst) composed by West Dylan Thordson (Split, Glass, Foxcatcher, Unsolved Mysteries, Joy) and second season (released earlier this year under the title The Jinx: Part Two) composed by Mondo Boys (She Dies Tomorrow, Phoenix Forgotten, Fatman, The Girlfriend Experience, Silk Road).
