‘Pressure’ Soundtrack Released

pressureMovieScore Media has released a soundtrack album for the thriller Pressure. The album features the film’s original music composed by Benjamin Wallfisch (The Escapist, Desert Dancer, Dear Wendy, Summer in February). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. Pressure is directed by Ron Scalpello and stars Danny Huston, Matthew Goode and Daisy Lowe. agents-of-shieldThe full details of the soundtrack album for Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. have been revealed. The album features selections form the show’s original music composed by Emmy Award winner Bear McCreary (The Walking DeadBattlestar GalacticaDa Vinci’s DemonsOutlander). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 4 by Hollywood Records and will be available to download here. As previously reported, a physical version is set to come out on October 2, 2015 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The digital release download link will be added to this article tomorrow. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. created by Joss Whedon, Jed Whedon & Maurissa Tancharoen and starring Clark Gregg, Ming-Na Wen, Brett Dalton, Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker, Elizabeth Henstridge, Nick Blood, Adrianne Palicki, Luke Mitchell and Henry Simmons is based on the Marvel Comics about the organization S.H.I.E.L.D. ESKMO to Score Showtime’s ‘Billions’

billionsESKMO has signed on to score the upcoming Showtime original series Billions. The drama is created by Brian Koppelman & David Levien (Ocean’s Thirteen, Runaway Jury, Rounders) & Andrew Ross Sorkin (Too Big To Fail) and stars Paul Giamatti, Damian Lewis, Maggie Siff, Malin Akerman, Toby Leonard Moore, David Costabile and Condola Rashad. The show revolves around politics and power in the world of Wall Street and New York investment firms and follows a hard-driving U.S. attorney who clashes with a hedge fund titan. Neil Burger (The Illusionist, Limitless, Insurgent) is directing the pilot episode and is also executive producing the project with Koppelman, Levien and Sorkin.  Read the rest of this entry »

The film is directed by Jean-Francois Richet (Assault on Precint 13Mesrine: Part 1 & 2) and stars Mel Gibson, Elisabeth Rohm, William H. Macy, Diego Luna, Thomas Mann and Erin Moriarty. The movie is based on the novel of the same title by Peter Craig (The TownThe Hunger Games: Mockingjay) and  follows an ex-con who reunites with his estranged 16-year-old daughter, and vows to protect her from the drug dealers who are trying to kill her. from-darknessEdmund Butt is currently scoring the upcoming BBC original series From Darkness. The psychological crime drama is created by Katie Baxendale (Sugar Rush) and stars Anne Marie-Duff as Claire Church, a former police officer who left the Greater Manchester Police (GMP) in the mid-90s after the impact of violence became too overwhelming for her to continue. Johnny Harris, Richard Rankin, Luke Newberry, Caroline Lee Johnson, Lyndsey Marshall, Adrian Rawlings, Ben Batt and Leanne Best are co-starring. The album features the film’s original music composed by Nicholas Britell (12 Years a Slave, Gimme the Loot, The Big Short). The soundtrack is now available to download overseas and will be released in the U.S. within the next couple of months. The film is written and directed by Sanga and stars Dylan Gelula, Brianna Hildebrand, Mateo Arias, Pamela Adlon, Tim Heidecker, Erik Griffin and Cameron Esposito. The movie centers on the relationship of a sarcastic, closeted teenager and a classmate who’s suddenly unsure of her own orientation. The opening titles feature the original song You Belong to Me, which was co-written by the show’s composer Mac Quayle (Mr. RobotAmerican Horror Story: Freak Show & Hotel), singer Heather Heywood and executive producer Alexis Woodall. The film is written and directed by Rob Burnett (The Late Show with David Letterman) and stars Paul Rudd, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Ehle and Craig Roberts.
