Sacha and Evgueni Galperine are currently scoring the HBO original movie The Wizard of Lies. The film is directed by Barry Levinson (Rain Man, Donnie Brasco, Sleepers) and stars Robert De Niro and Michelle Pfeiffer as Bernie and Ruth Madoff. Hank Azaria, Alessandro Nivola, Lily Rabe and Kristen Connolly are co-starring. The movie centers on Madoff’s massive Ponzi scheme, how it was perpetrated on the public and the trail of destruction it left in its wake, both for the victims and Madoff’s family. Walt Disney Records will release the official soundtrack album for the fantasy adventure Alice Through the Looking Glass. The movie tells the true story of Irish Commandant Pat Quinlan who led a stand off with troops against French and Belgian Mercenaries in the Congo during in the early 1960s. Sony Masterworks will release a score album for the action thriller Hardcore Henry. The album features the film’s original music composed by Dasha Charusha.
