‘All Saints’ Soundtrack Details

Reunion Records will release a soundtrack album for the faith-based drama All Saints. The album features the songs from the movie, as well as five tracks from the film’s original score composed by Conni Ellisor and John Mock. The soundtrack will be released digitally on August 18, 2017 and is now available for pre-order on AmazonAll Saints is directed by Steve Gomer and stars John Corbett and Cara Buono. Nathan Barr is scoring the upcoming sci-fi thriller Flatliners. The film is directed by Niels Arden Oplev (The Girl with the Dragon TattooDead Man Down) and stars Ellen Page, Diego Luna, Nina Dobrev, James Norton and Kiersey Clemons. The movie is based on Joel Schumacher’s 1990 feature of the same title (scored by James Newton Howard) and follows five medical students who embark on a daring and dangerous experiment: by stopping their hearts for short periods of time, each triggers a near-death experience – giving them a firsthand account of the afterlife.  Read the rest of this entry »

20th Century Fox TV Records will release a soundtrack album for the FX original series Feud: Bette and Joan. The album features selections from the show’s original music composed by Emmy Award winner Mac Quayle (Mr. RobotAmerican Horror StoryAmerican Crime Story) who recently received his third and fourth Emmy nominations for his score and main titles theme from the series. This week, David Sardy is recording his score for the upcoming Netflix original movie Bright at AIR Studios in London. The film is directed by David Ayer (Suicide SquadFury) and stars Will Smith, Joel Edgerton, Noomi Rapace, Lucy Fry, Edgar Ramirez, Happy Anderson, Kenneth Choi and Ike Barinholtz. The fantasy action thriller is set in an alternate present-day where magical creatures live among us and revolves around two L.A. cops who become embroiled in a prophesied turf battle. ‘Step’ Score Album Released

Fox Music has released a score album for the documentary Step. The album features the film’s original music composed by Laura Karpman (Paris Can Wait, Black Nativityand Raphael Saadiq (UndergroundInsecure). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. As previously reported, Columbia Records has released a separate soundtrack featuring songs from and inspired by the film, including the original song Jump co-written by Karpman & Saadiq, as well Taura Stinson. Step is directed by Amanda Lipitz and documents the senior year of a girls’ high-school step dance team against the background of inner-city Baltimore.  Read the rest of this entry »

Lorne Balfe has composed the music for the upcoming action thriller The Hurricane Heist. The film is directed by Rob Cohen (The Fast and the Furious) and stars Toby Kebbell, Maggie Grace and Ryan Kwanten. The movie follows a team of tech hackers embarking on a $600 million robbery from a coastal U.S. Mint facility at the same time a Category 5 hurricane is set to strike. Robert Duncan is reuniting with writer/producer Shawn Ryan on the upcoming CBS drama S.W.A.T. The show is developed by Aaron Thomas inspired by the 2003 feature of the same title (scored by Elliot Goldenthal) and stars Shemar Moore, Stephanie Sigman, Alex Russell, Jay Harrington, Lina Esco, Kenny Johnson and Peter Onorati. The series follows a locally born and bred S.W.A.T. sergeant who is torn between loyalty to the streets and duty to his fellow officers when he’s tasked to run a specialized tactical unit that is the last stop in law enforcement in Los Angeles. Bear McCreary has recently composed the music for the upcoming sci-fi thriller Tau. The film is directed by Federico D’ Alessandro and stars Maika Monroe and Ed Skrein. The movie a woman who is held captive in a futuristic smart house and hopes to escape by breaking into the computer programs that control the house. Noga Landau wrote the screenplay. David S. WaterTower Music will release a new soundtrack album for the HBO hit series Game of Thrones. The album features selections of the music from the show’s seventh season composed by Ramin Djawadi (WestworldPacific RimIron ManClash of the TitansWarcraftThe Great Wall). The soundtrack is currently set to be released physically on September 29, 2017 and is available for pre-order on Amazon. Premiering tonight is the Syfy original movie Sharknado 5: Global Swarming directed by Anthony C. Ferrante and starring Ian Ziering, Tara Reid, Jena Sims, Cassandra Scerbo, Masiela Lusha, Charo, Olivia Newton-John, Dan Fogler, Clay Aiken, Margaret Cho, Tony Hawk, Greg Louganis, Gilbert Gottfried, Fabio and Bret Michaels. The film’s original music is composed by Christopher Cano & Chris Ridenhour who previously scored the last three installments in the series. No word yet on a soundtrack release. Premiering on Wednesday, August 9, is Viaplay’s series Swedish Dicks created by the Viking Brothers, Andrew Lowery & Peter Settman and starring Peter Stormare & Johan Glans and featuring guest stars including Keanu Reeves, Margaret Cho, Eric Roberts, Anthony LaPaglia and Traci Lords. Anders Niska Klas Wahl (BlackwayFarang) are composing the show’s original music.
