Sony Classical will release the official soundtrack album for the drama The Return. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Rachel Portman (Emma, The Cider House Rules, Chocolat, The Manchurian Candidate, Never Let Me Go, One Day). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, December 6. The full details of the soundtrack album for the Netflix animated series Jentry Chau vs the Underworld have been revealed. The album features the original songs (performed by Jessi, Yaeji, Jonah Wolf, Sugs, eaJ & others) and selections of the show’s original score composed by Brian H. Kim (Spoiler Alert, Search Party, Panic, My Life with the Walter Boys, BH90210<, em>Star vs. the Forces of Evil). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Thursday, December 5 by Netflix Music and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. The label has previously released the series’ theme song Flame performed by KATSEYE as a digital single last month. Jentry Chau vs the Underworld is created by Echo Wu and stars Ali Wong, Lori Tan Chinn, Bowen Yang, Jimmy O. Yang, Lucy Liu, Woosung Kim, Sheng Wang and A.J. Beckles. Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the disaster thriller Supercell co-written and directed by Herbert James Winterstern and stars Alec Baldwin, Skeet Ulrich, Anne Heche, Jordan Kristine Seamón, Daniel Diemer and Anjul Nigam.. The album features the film’s original score composed by Corey Wallace (Artik, Siberia, F*** Marry Kill, Cursed Friends, Valley of Bones) and performed by the Budapest Scoring Orchestra, including previously unreleased music, as well as an unused demo cue and a “pre-production arrangement” of the composer’s main theme. Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1958 adventure drama The Old Man and the Sea directed by John Sturges, written by Peter Viertel based on Ernest Hemingway’s novella of the same name title and starring Spencer Tracy. The album features a new recording of the film’s complete original score composed by Dimitri Tiomkin (High Noon, It’s a Wonderful Life, The Alamo, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, Giant, The Guns of Navarone) and performed by the Royal Scottish National Orchestra, conducted by Richard Kaufman.
