Premiering tomorrow, February 26, in the U.S. is the BBC & AMC series McMafia created by Hossein Amini & James Watkins and starring James Norton, Aleksey Serebryakov, Maria Shukshina, Faye Marsay and Juliet Rylance. The show’s original music is composed by Tom Hodge & Franz Kirmann. Decca Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score from the drama’s first season. The team behind the sound mixing of Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk has won the award for Outstanding Achievement in Sound Mixing in the Motion Pictures – Live Action category at tonight’s 54th annual Cinema Audio Society Awards ceremony at the Bunker Hill Ballroom of the OMNI Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza. Scoring mixer Alan Meyerson, along with production mixer Mark Weingarten, re-recording mixers Gregg Landaker & Gary Rizzo, ADR mixer Thomas J. O’Connell and foley mixer Scott Curtis received the award for the war drama scored by Hans Zimmer. 
The details of the soundtrack album for the fantasy thriller I Kill Giants have been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Laurent Perez Del Mar (The Red Turtle, My Son, To the Top). Also included is the previously unreleased song Under the Stars by the indie pop band London Grammar and a track by Danish singer Rasmus Walter. The soundtrack will be released digitally and physically on March 30, 2018 by Varese Sarabande and is now available for pre-order on

The series follows three suburban moms who get tired of trying to make ends meet and decide it’s time to stick up for themselves by robbing the local grocery store. 
Sony Classical will release the official soundtrack album for the spy thriller Red Sparrow. The album features the film’s original music composed by James Newton Howard (The Hunger Games, The Sixth Sense, The Fugitive, Signs, King Kong, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them). The soundtrack is expected to be released on March 2 and is now available for pre-order on 
The performers of this year’s nominated songs at the 90th Oscars ceremony have been announced today by show producers Michael De Luca and Jennifer Todd. Gael Garcia Bernal, Natalie LaFourcade and Miguel will perform Remember Me from Pixar’s Coco written by Kristen Anderson-Lopez & Robert Lopez. Bernal provided the voice of the main character in the film and Miguel & LaFourcade recorded the end credits version of the song. Mary J. Blige will perform Might River from Dee Rees’ Mudbound, which she co-wrote with Raphael Saadiq and Taura Stinson. 
Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the Lebanese drama The Insult. The album features the film’s original music composed by Eric Neveux (Intimacy, The Attack, Zombillenium, Cezanne et moi). Bobby Krlic (aka The Haxan Cloak) has composed the music for the first season of the new Netflix original series Seven Seconds. The show is created by Veena Sud (The Killing, Cold Case) based on the 2013 Russian movie The Major and stars Clare-Hope Ashitey, Regina King, Beau Knapp, Russell Hornsby, Michael Mosely, David Lyons, Raul Castillo and Zackary Momoh. The drama revolves around the death of a 15-year-old African American boy in Jersey City that sets off a police cover-up and a search for the truth.
