‘Nashville’ Season 6 – Volume 2 Soundtrack Details

Big Machine Records has announced the details of the final soundtrack album for the CMT original series Nashville. The album features the songs from the second half of the show’s sixth and final season performed by cast members including Hayden Panettiere, Charles Esten, Clare Bowen, Sam Palladio, Jonathan Jackson, Maisy Stella, Chris Carmack, Rainee Blake, Ilse DeLange, Ronny Xox and Jake Etheridge. The Season 6 – Volume 2 is set to be released on July 27, 2018 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Michael Andrews (Bridesmaids, Neighbors, Freaks & Geeks, Bad Teacher, Funny People) is reuniting with director Sean Anders on the upcoming comedy Instant Family. The film starring Mark Wahlberg, Rose Byrne, Octavia Spencer, Isabela Moner, Tig Notaro, Iliza Shlesinger and Tom Segura follows a couple who decides to start a family and adopt through the foster-care system, only to find themselves raising three wild kids who have no interest in being parented. The album features tracks from several of the Academy Award-winning composer’s classic scores newly recorded by musicians such as 2CELLOS, Lindsey Stirling, Tina Guo, The Piano Guys, Alexis Ffrench, Amy Dickson, Lavinia Meijer & others. Among the titles featured on the album are Titanic, Avatar, Braveheart, Apollo 13, Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, Field of Dreams, An American Tail and The Amazing Spider-Man. Two new movies are opening nationwide this weekend:
Opening in most theaters is the thriller Sicario: Day of the Soldado directed by Stefano Sollima and starring Benicio Del Toro, Josh Brolin, Isabela Moner, Jeffrey Donovan, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo and Catherine Keener. The film’s original is composed by Hildur Gudnadottir (Mary Magdalene, Strong Island, The Oath). Varese Sarabande has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score. Also opening wide is the comedy Uncle Drew directed by Charles Stone III and starring Kyrie Irving, Lil Rel Howery, Shaquille O’Neal, Reggie Miller, Nate Robinson, Chris Webber, Erica Ash, Lisa Leslie, Tiffany Haddish and Nick Kroll. Christopher Lennertz (Lost in Space, Ride Along, Horrible Bosses, Sausage Party) has composed the film’s original score. RCA Records has released as soundtrack album featuring the songs from the movie by A$AP Ferg, Khalid, G-Eazy, French Montana & Remy Ma and other artists.
