Leeway has released a soundtrack album for the South Korean crime thriller Believer. The album features the film’s original music composed by Dalpalan (The Wailing, Claire’s Camera, A Bittersweet Life). The soundtrack will be released digitally on August 7, 2018 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon, where you can also check out audio clips. Believer is directed by Lee Hae-yeong and stars Cho Jin-woong, Ryu Jun-yeol, Kim Joo-hyuck, Kim Sung-ryoung and Park Hae-jun. The Orchard will release a soundtrack album for the documentary 40 Years in the Making: The Magic Music Movie. The album features the music from the film written and performed by Magic Music, including original recordings of the band from the early 1970s that have never before been available. The soundtrack will be released digitally on September 14, 2018 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. 40 Years in the Making: The Magic Music Movie marks the features directorial debut of TV writer Lee Aronsohn (Two and a Half Men, The Big Bang Theory) who tracks down the scattered members of one of Boulder, Colorado’s most influential and elusive bands in the hope that, 40 years after they broke up, he can get them to play one last show. Opening in most theaters is the action thriller Mission: Impossible – Fallout directed by Christopher McQuarrie and starring Tom Cruise, Rebecca Ferguson, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Henry Cavill, Michelle Monaghan, Alec Baldwin, Vanessa Kirby, Sian Brooke, Angela Bassett and Sean Harris. The film’s original music is composed by Lorne Balfe (The LEGO Batman Movie, Home, Terminator Genisys, The Crown, Genius). Paramount Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score and La-La Land Records will release a 2-CD version with additional tracks within the next few weeks.
