SOLFO has released a soundtrack album for the Austrian/German psychological thriller The Devil’s Bath (Des Teufels Bad). The album features the film’s original music composed by Soap&Skin (aka Anja Plaschg) who also stars in the movie’s lead role. The Devil’s Bath is written and directed by Veronika Franz & Severin Fiala (Goodnight Mommy, The Lodge) and also stars David Scheid and Maria Hofstätter. The movie is set in rural Austria in 1750 and revolves around a a young married woman who feels oppressed in her husband’s world and falls into a deep depression, before committing a shocking act of violence.
