Moodswing AB has released a soundtrack album for the Swedish drama My Life as a Comedian (En komikers uppväxt). The album features the film’s original music composed by Jean-Paul Wall (Spinning Man, Heart of a Lion, By the Rails). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon Music, where you can also check out audio samples. My Life as a Comedian is directed by Rojda Sekersöz and stars Johan Rheborg, Loke Hellberg, Ulla Skoog, Klara Zimmergren, Fredrik Hallgren, Maria Sid and Jakob Eklund. The movie is based on the novel by Jonas Gardell (who also wrote the screenplay) about growing up in 1970s-era Sweden with its countless perils, heartbreaks, and shifting alliances. Three new movies are opening nationwide this weekend:
Opening in most theaters is the animated feature The Addams Family directed by Conrad Vernon & Greg Tiernan and starring Oscar Isaac, Charlize Theron, Chloe Grace Moretz, Finn Wolfhard, Nick Kroll, Bette Midler and Allison Janney. The film’s original score is composed by Mychael Danna (Life of Pi, Moneyball) & Jeff Danna (The Good Dinosaur, Storks). Also opening wide is the sci-fi thriller Gemini Man directed by Ang Lee and starring Will Smith, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Clive Owen and Benedict Wong. Lorne Balfe (Mission: Impossible – Fallout, The LEGO Batman Movie, Genius, The Crown, Terminator Genisys) has composed the film’s original music. Regina Spektor has recorded an original song for the drama Bombshell. The track, entitled One Little Soldier, is written and performed by Spektor and will be featured in the movie directed by Jay Roach, scored by Theodore Shapiro and starring Charlize Theron, Nicole Kidman, Margot Robbie, John Lithgow, Kate McKinnon, Connie Britton, Mark Duplass, Rob Delaney, Malcolm McDowell and Allison Janney. Spektor has previously written the main titles song for Netflix’s Orange Is the New Black, for which she received a Grammy Award nomination and also recorded a cover of The Beatles’ While My Guitar Gently Weeps for Laika’s Kubo and the Two Strings. The Orchard has released a soundtrack album for the dance movie High Strung Free Dance. The album features the songs from the movie by artists including lead actor Thomas Doherty, Ali Tomineek, Sam Bailey, Manuel Pacific, Sofi Tyler, among others. Also included are four tracks from the movie’s original score composed by Nathan Lanier (Jem & The Holograms, Max Steel, Justin Bieber’s Believe) who previously scored the original 2016 High Strung movie. First Tracks from ‘Marriage Story’ Soundtrack Released

Lakeshore Records has released the first two tracks from the soundtrack for Noah Baumbach’s Netflix original movie Marriage Story. Academy Award winner Randy Newman (Toy Story, Avalon, Monsters, Inc., A Bug’s Life, Awakening, Seabiscuit) who previously scored Baumbach’s The Meyerowitz Stories has composed the film’s original music. Available now are the digital singles What I Love About Charlie and What I Love About Nicole. A full soundtrack album will be announced soon. ‘Charlie’s Angels’ Soundtrack Album Announced

Republic Records will release a soundtrack album for the Charlie’s Angels reboot. The album features new songs by Ariana Grande (who is also producing the record), Normani, Nicki Minaj, Anitta, M-22, Arlissa & Kiana Ledé, Danielle Bradbery & others, as well as a remix of Donna Summer’s Bad Girls and a remix of Jack Elliott & Allyn Ferguson’s Charlie’s Angels theme. A new track How It’s Done by Kash Doll, Kim Petras, ALMA & Stefflon Do is available to download now and Don’t Call Me Angel by Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus & Lana Del Rey has previously been released. The soundtrack will be released on November 1 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon (CD version) and here (digital version). Milan Records/Sony Music have released a soundtrack album for the French/Italian animated feature The Bears’ Famous Invasion (La fameuse invasion des ours en Sicile). The album features the film’s original music composed by René Aubry (The Gruffalo, The Highway Rat, Under the Bombs). The soundtrack is now available to stream and download on Amazon Music, where you can also check out the full track list and listen to audio samples. A CD version is also coming out overseas. The Bears’ Famous Invasion directed by Lorenzo Mattotti is based on the cult 1945 children’s book by Italian poet Dino Buzzati and follows a group of benevolent bears that descend the mountains of Sicily to bring some sense to the human world. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Gabriel Yared (The English Patient, The Talented Mr. Ripley, Cold Mountain, Betty Blue, 1408). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, October 11 and will be available to stream and download on Amazon Music. As previously reported, a separate soundtrack featuring the songs from the movie was released last month.
