The album features music from Air-Edel’s worldwide roster of composers and artists, including Patrick Doyle (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Thor, Cinderella), Dario Marianelli (Atonement, Pride and Prejudice), Cliff Eidelman (Star Trek: The Undiscovered Country, Christopher Columbus: The Discovery), Lisa Gerrard (Gladiator, Whale Rider), Drum & Lace (Dickinson, Good Girls), Michael J. McEvoy (Finding Your Feet, Me and Orson Welles), James T. Sale (Saint Judy, Return to Zero), Ben Bartlett (Walking with Dinosaurs) among others, and consist of both pre-existing, unreleased tracks and new works composed specifically for the albums, which were created in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Milan Records has released a new solo piano version of the original song Toss a Coin to Your Witcher from the Netflix original series The Witcher. The track is performed by composer Sonya Belousova who co-wrote the track with Giona Ostinelli. The piano version is now available to stream/download here. Alan Menken to Compose Music for Skydance Animation’s ‘Spellbound’

Skydance Animation has announced today that Alan Menken (The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Enchanted) will be composing the score for the upcoming animated feature Spellbound. He will also be writing original songs with lyricist and frequent collaborated Glenn Slater (Tangled). Former President of Walt Disney Music Chris Montan will serve as executive music producer. The film directed Vicky Jenson (Shrek, Shark Tale) is set in a world of magic where a young girl must break the spell that has split her kingdom in two.
