Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1990 fantasy horror movie Nightbreed written and directed by Clive Barker and starring Craig Sheffer, Anne Bobby, Charles Haid, David Cronenberg, Hugh Quarshie and Doug Bradley. The 2-CD set features the expanded and complete original score from the film composed by Academy Award nominee Danny Elfman (Spider-Man, Batman, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Alice in Wonderland, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory), including around 30 minutes of previously unreleased music on the first disc, as well as the content of the original 1990 soundtrack album (released by MCA Records) and a suite of alternates on the second disc. The album features the songs from the show, including new covers created for the end credits of each episode by artists such as Celeste, Ray Laurél, Gregory Porter, Sekou and Olivia Dean. Also included are five songs performed by F**k The Factory – the band at the heart of series – created by Dan Carey, in collaboration with ESKA and Kae Tempest.
