Varese Sarabande will release the official soundtrack album for the drama The Trial of the Chicago 7. The album features the film’s original score composed by Daniel Pemberton (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Birds of Prey, Ocean’s 8). Also included is the original end credits song Hear My Voice written by the composer and performed by Celeste (who also co-wrote the lyrics with Pemberton). The track will be available to stream/download tomorrow. The full soundtrack will be released digitally on October 16 (click here to pre-order) and a CD version is set to come out on November 20. WaterTower Music has released a soundtrack album for the Apple TV+ original series Ted Lasso. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first season composed by Mumford & Sons’ Marcus Mumford & Tom Howe (A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon, Early Man, Professor Marston & the Wonder Women). The soundtrack is now available to stream and download on Amazon. A digital single featuring the composers’ theme song was released earlier this year. Joel J. Richard & Tyler Bates (John Wick series) have teamed up to score the new Hulu original film Books of Blood. The movie is co-written and directed by Brannon Braga (Star Trek: Enterprise, Terra Nova, Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey) based on Clive Barker’s horror anthology book series and stars Britt Robertson, Rafi Gavron, Anna Friel, Yul Vazquez and Freda Foh Shen. The movie follows a journey into uncharted territory through three tales tangled in space and time.
