Composer Roque Banos (Don’t Breathe, Evil Dead, In the Heart of the Sea, The Girl in the Spider’s Web, The Machinist, Come Play, Sexy Beast) is reuniting with director J.J. Perry (Day Shift) on the upcoming post-apocalyptic sci-fi adventure Afterburn. The film starring Dave Bautista, Olga Kurylenko, Kristofer Hivju, Samuel L. Jackson and Daniel Bernhardt is based on the Red 5 comic/graphic novel series of the same name by Scott Chitwood & Paul Ens. The movie takes place after a massive solar flare destroys the Earth’s eastern hemisphere and follows an emboldened treasure hunter for hire who travels to Europe to uncover the coveted Mona Lisa, only to learn the world needs a hero more than it needs a painting. La-La Land Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1969 James Bond movie On Her Majesty’s Secret Service directed by Peter Hunt and starring George Lazenby, Diana Rigg, Telly Savalas, Gabriele Ferzetti an Bernard Lee. The album features the remastered and expanded original score from the film composed and conducted by Academy Award winner John Barry (Dances with Wolves, Goldfinger, Out of Africa, Somewhere in Time, Thunderball, Body Heat), including previously unreleased music.
