Mercury Classics will release a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score on April 16. Labrinth has composed the original score for the upcoming Netflix original film Malcolm & Marie. The drama is written and directed by Sam Levinson (Assassination Nation) and stars John David Washington and Zendaya. The movie follows a filmmaker and his girlfriend Marie who return home from a movie premiere and await his film’s critical response, when the evening takes a turn as revelations about their relationship surface, testing the couple’s love.
