Available to stream/download now on most major digital music services is the Ramayana Trailer Theme written by the film’s Academy Award-winning composers Hans Zimmer (Dune, The Dark Knight, The Lion King, Interstellar, Inception, Gladiator) & A.R. Lee Mendelson Film Productions will release the first-ever soundtrack album for the 1974 animated television special It’s a Mystery, Charlie Brown created by Charles M. Schulz and directed by Phil Roman. The album features the premiere release of the complete score from the eleventh Peanuts special composed by Vince Guaraldi (A Charlie Brown Christmas, It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, A Boy Named Charlie Brown),as well as four bonus tracks from the “Mystery session” and two additional jazz standards recorded around the same time featuring Ron McClure on bass. ‘Marvel Strings’ Album Released

‘Drive’ 15th Anniversary Vinyl Edition Soundtrack Album Announced

Lakeshore Records has announced a new version of the soundtrack album for the 2011 action drama Drive directed by Nicolas Winding Refn and starring Ryan Gosling, Carey Mulligan, Albert Brooks, Christina Hendricks, Bryan Cranston, Ron Perlman and Oscar Isaacs. The 15th Anniversary Edition featuring the film’s original score composed by Cliff Martinez (Traffic, The Neon Demon, The Lincoln Lawyer, Sex, Lies and Videotape, Only God Forgives) and the songs from the movie by Kavinsky & Lovefoxx, Desire, The Chromatics, College feat. Electric Youth and Riz Ortolani & Rina Ranieri, is being released on “Driver’s Jacket Gold Splatter/Clear Vinyl.” The double LP will be released on September 18 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Jonas Wikstrand (The Evil Next Door, Super Charlie, Take the Night, Whiskey on the Rocks, Håkan Bråkan). The film is directed by Adam Egypt Mortimer (Daniel Isn’t Real, Archenemy) and stars Scott “Kid Cudi” Mescudi, Jessica Rothe, Travis Fimmel and Natasha Lyonne. Cudi is also contributing original songs to the movie, which follows a young widower who travels to a new-age mountain town in search of cosmic answers, but instead finds an outlandish murderer and a forest of demonic spirits who offer a horrific bargain: the power to cheat death at a nightmarish cost. The movie is directed by Alyce Tzue & John Ripa (Raya and the Last Dragon) and stars Ali Wong, Amanda Seyfried, Stephanie Hsu, Daniel Radcliffe, Nikki Glaser, Young Mazino, Peter Dinklage and Bette Midler. The animated comedy tells the story of a misunderstood young woman who is blamed for hijacking the Royal Ball with a stolen magic wand and – after accidentally turning her sister into a frog – must team up with Cinderella (and a surprisingly dreamy troll) to save the kingdom. Premiering on Wednesday, August 5, is the FX original series The Shards developed by Ryan Murphy & Bret Easton Ellis based on Ellis’ bestselling novel of the same name and starring Igby Rigney, Kaia Gerber, Graham Campbell, Homer Gere, Hayes Warner, Wes Bentley, Jordan Roth and Evan Rachel Wood. The show’s original score is composed by Morgan Kibby (Grotesquerie, Mothering Sunday, Finding Emily, Queens, Wilderness, The Power) & David Klotz (The Watcher, All’s Fair, American Sports Story, The Prom). Troye Sivan & Leland and Hayes Warner have provided original songs to the project.
