Premiering tonight before moving to its regular Monday night time slot on February 3 is the NBC drama The Hunting Party created by JJ Bailey and starring Melissa Roxburgh, Nick Wechsler, Josh McKenzie, Sara Garcia and Patrick Sabongui. The show’s original music is composed by Dan Romer (LucaBeasts of the Southern Wild, ManiacStation ElevenSuperman & Lois, Beasts of No Nation, The Good Doctor). Premiering on Wednesday, January 22, is the British Apple TV+ original series Prime Target created by Steve Thompson and starring Leo Woodall, Quintessa Swindell, Stephen Rea, David Morrissey, Martha Plimpton, Harry Lloyd, Jason Flemyng, Sidse Babett Knudsen,  Fra Fee, Ali Suliman and Joseph Mydell. Arthur Sharpe (GuiltThe Electrical Life of Louis Wain, Landscapers, Flowers, GhostsDreamland) has composed the show’s original music. Also premiering in the U.S. on Wednesday is the Swedish limited series Whiskey on the Rocks written by Henrik Jansson-Schweizer, directed by Björn Stein and starring Rolf Lassgård, Elsa Saisio, Anders Mossling, Filip Berg, Niklas Engdahl, Adam Lundgren, Mark Noble and Kęstutis Stasys Jakštas. The show’s original music is composed by Jonas Wikstrand (The Evil Next DoorTake the NightSuper Charlie). Skyverse WOTR has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score earlier this month. Premiering on Friday, January 24, is the Paramount+ movie event Star Trek: Section 31 written by Craig Sweeny, directed by Olatunde Osunsanmi and starring Michelle Yeoh, Omari Hardwick, Kacey Rohl, Sam Richardson, Robert Kazinsky, Sven Ruygrok,James Hiroyuki Liao and Humberly Gonzalez.  Jeff Russo (Fargo, Star Trek: Discovery & Picard, Ripley, Legion, The Night OfThe Man Who Fell to Earth, The Umbrella Academy, For All Mankind) has composed the film’s original music. Premiering in the U.S. on Saturday, January 25, is the BBC natural history series Asia presented by Sir David Attenborough and executive produced by Roger Webb. The show’s original music is composed by Jacob Shea (Seven Worlds One Planet, Blue Planet II, Planet Earth III) & Laurentia Editha (Island of the Sea Wolves, Growing Up Animal, Alien Worlds) for Bleeding Fingers Music. Silva Screen Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score last month.
