Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the Japanese drama 37 Seconds. The album features the film’s original music composed by Aska Matsumiya (Skate Kitchen, Selah and the Spades). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, January 31 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. 37 Seconds is written and directed by Hikari and stars Mei Kayama, Misuzu Kanno, Shunsuke Daitoh, Makiko Watanabe, Minori Hagiwara, Haruka Imou, Kiyohiko Shibukawa and Eita Okuno. The movie revolves around a young manga artist who goes on an unconventional journey for sexual freedom and personal liberation. The drama premiered at last year’s Berlin Film Festival and will debut in the U.S. this Friday, January 31 on Netflix.
