Apple TV+ announced today that composer Jeff Morrow (Snow White, A Christmas Story Christmas, Science Fair, George Carlin’s American Dream, Olaf’s Frozen Adventure) and singer, songwriter, composer and New York Times bestselling author Ben Folds have written the original songs for the streamer’s upcoming animated musical special Snoopy Presents: A Summer Musical. The 40-minute special is directed by Erik Wiese, written by Craig Schulz, Bryan Schulz & Cornelius Uliano and follows Charlie Brown who is determined to make his final year at Summer Camp special, when Snoopy and Woodstock discover a treasure map that takes them on a wild adventure nearby. Craig & Bryan Schulz and Uliano are also executive producing the Peanuts and WildBrain production with Paige Braddock, Josh Scherba, Stephanie Betts and Logan McPherson. Morrow has previously scored the TV shows The Snoopy Show, Snoopy in Space, Camp Snoopy, as well as several Snoopy specials for the producers.  Snoopy Presents: A Summer Musical will premiere on July 18 Apple TV+.
