Dominic Lewis (The Man in the High Castle, Peter Rabbit, Money Monster, Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween, Dope Thief, Spirited) has been tapped to score the upcoming action sequel Nobody 2. The film is directed by Timo Tjahjanto (The Night Comes for Us, May the Devil Take You) and stars Bob Odenkirk, Connie Nielsen, John Ortiz, Colin Hanks, RZA, Christopher Lloyd and Sharon Stone. The movie follows Hutch and his wife as they decide to take their kids on a short getaway to Wild Bill’s Majestic Midway and Waterpark, where he finds himself the focus of the most unhinged, blood-thirsty crime boss he (or anyone) has ever encountered. Derek Kolstad (John Wick, Die Hart) and Aaron Rabin wrote the screenplay based on a story by Kolstad. Odenkirk is also producing the project with 87North’s Kelly McCormick & David Leitch (Deadpool 2, Atomic Blonde), as well as Marc Provissiero (No Hard Feelings, PEN15), Braden Aftergood (Tulsa King, Samaritan). Lewis has previously collaborated with Leitch and McCormick on the features Bullet Train, The Fall Guy, Violent Night and Love Hurts. David Buckley has composed the music for the 2021 original movie. Nobody 2 will be released in theaters nationwide on 15, 2025 by Universal Pictures.
Lewis’ other recent projects include Jonathan Entwistle’s Karate Kid: Legends, which will be released in theaters nationwide on May 30, as well as Apple TV+’s Your Friends & Neighbors, which premiered in April and has already been renewed for a third season.
I was really hoping David Buckley would come back. This sucks because Dominic Lewis was never someone I vibed with as a composer
